Davis & Sons did an excellent job finding and repairing a roof leak for us. After two other roofing contractors stopped responding and never followed through, this crew was a huge relief. From the first inspection to the final repair, the whole team communicated clearly, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and answered every question we had. Luke kept us updated on the schedule, materials, and progress, so we always knew what was happening. They showed up when promised, completed each step on time, and made sure the leak issue was handled the right way. In Grand Prairie, with the strong sun and storms roofs have to handle, it gave us a lot of peace of mind to work with a dependable roofing team. They were professional, honest, and easy to work with, and I highly recommend them for any roof repair or leak service.

Highly recommend them for roof underlayment replacement and leak repair. The work was done as quoted, the roof looks great, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly. Richard was very responsive and professional throughout the project. The crew kept the property clean, used high-quality roofing materials, and did the job the right way without cutting corners. We needed the roof underlayment replaced after finding a leak, and we collected several estimates before choosing this roofing company. We decided to move forward based on the strong reviews, fair pricing, and the better material options included in the proposal. Since underlayment replacement is a major roofing project and a big investment, we were understandably nervous at first. Richard stayed in touch during the job, answered our questions clearly, and gave us confidence as the work moved along. The roofing crew worked hard, showed real pride in their craftsmanship, and paid close attention to detail. From what we could see during the project, everything looked well organized and professionally handled. We also appreciated that the underlayment choices offered seemed stronger and higher quality than what other roofers were proposing. The estimate was competitive, especially considering the quality of the materials and workmanship. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would gladly recommend them for roofing work.

quick and professional. they fully replaced the roof on a 1,350 sq. ft. home in about a day and a half, and the whole job moved fast without cutting corners. the crew was very thorough, and they even left the front driveway cleaner than it was before they started. customer service was excellent. during the roofing install, power went out in a couple of rooms, and mitchell handled it right away. jesse came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything fixed in well under two hours. both were knowledgeable, efficient, and focused on getting things resolved without delay. it was clear the team takes pride in their roofing work and stands behind the job. the new roof looks great, and from checking the work during the install, everything looked solid and carefully done. i did not see any shortcuts, and the attention to detail with the roofing materials, cleanup, and workmanship really stood out. the whole experience felt smooth, honest, and well organized. pricing seemed very competitive too. overall, a very positive experience and a roof replacement i would feel good recommending.

mitchell and his crew did an exceptional job on our roof and the two-car garage that really needed attention before the heavy rain and texas heat set in. they replaced damaged beams, handled the roof repair work with care, and re-shingled the entire roof so everything looks solid and well finished. mitchell always returned my calls quickly, provided a fair estimate, and completed the roofing job beautifully. mitchell and the crew were conscientious, hard working, and a real pleasure to have on our property. i highly recommend them as honest, reliable, and talented roofers who clearly know their craft. we are truly happy with the finished roof, the clean job site, and the whole experience of working with such skilled and decent people. many thanks to the team for quality workmanship and great service.

Reliable, responsible, and professional roofing service. Fast response and dependable work from start to finish. This roofing team went beyond my expectations with communication, workmanship, and overall quality. They found roof issues that needed attention and completed the work the right way, including replacing damaged decking plywood, adding a chimney cricket, installing new chimney flashing, fixing a valley that could have caused future leaks, and addressing other items that were not up to current roofing code. They also worked well with our insurance company throughout the roof claim process, which made everything much easier. I was very impressed with the Malarkey shingles and how they compared to other roofs in the Grand Prairie area. The new roof looks great, holds up well in the Texas heat, and gives us confidence that our home is better protected.

This is the second time we've had our roof replaced by Davis & Sons. The first roof lasted as long as promised in the warranty, which was impressive. We only had one small problem when a few shingles came off during a strong wind, but Jesse came out quickly to take care of it. Because they did such a great job before, we decided to get our new roof, gutters, and gutter guards installed by them as well. The new roof even has a 50-year warranty. The team was professional and made sure everything was done right by being present on site throughout the project. With such a solid warranty, we probably won't need another roof for a very long time, but if we did, we would definitely call them again. It's good to have a reliable roofer in Grand Prairie, especially with the hot Texas weather.
