i cannot thank devin, maxwell, and howard enough for the excellent roofing and gutter work. hayes & sons llc handled the job with great care, finished in a timely manner, and showed real professionalism from start to finish. devin also took extra time to explain how to use a roofing drainage system that was already installed at my home, which saved me a lot of money on a future repair. that kind of honesty and helpful service is hard to find. the crew was easy to talk to, kept the work area clean, and made the whole process smooth. i will highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter services and will definitely use them again. 5 stars across the board.

We recently had a new roof, gutters, and metal capping installed on our home, and we are extremely pleased with the work from Hayes & Sons Llc. ryan was great and stayed with us through the whole roofing process. From the first estimate to picking materials and signing the agreement, we felt confident we made the right choice. We compared four quotes, but this team gave us the most confidence in getting a quality roofing job with strong materials, solid warranties, and fair pricing. The crew finished the project on schedule, worked in a very professional way, and did a very good job with cleanup when everything was done. In the texas heat, it was clear they knew how to install a roof system built to last. my wife and I are very happy with the finished work and would highly recommend them.

I have not always had the best experience with roofing contractors, since many are hard to reach and slow to respond, and some are booked out for a long time. That is why I was so impressed with how quickly Devin answered my call and how …

I have spent most of my life around general contracting, but I did not have the time or equipment to handle my mother’s roofing project myself. Out of the four roofing companies I reached out to, Hayes & Sons Llc stood out as the most professional, responsive, and fairly priced. Because her home is an older bungalow, the roof job needed extra care, including some small carpentry repairs, updated flashing work, and close attention around a few detailed areas. I was a little cautious about how those roofing items would be handled and planned to stop by the jobsite to review everything with the crew. To my surprise, Howard and the team had already taken care of most of those concerns, and they did the work in a way that went beyond what I expected. They showed good knowledge of roofing systems, communicated clearly, and made sure the repairs fit the older home properly. In the Grand Prairie heat, it was great to see a crew that worked efficiently and kept the project moving without cutting corners. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, flashing work, or a full roof replacement.

My experience with the roofing company was very good from start to finish. Their first contact was respectful and easy, using a door hanger instead of an annoying dinner-time knock. After I set up a roof inspection, Maxwell came out …

Maxwell was fantastic. He came to our home in Grand Prairie the same day we called and quickly found and repaired a chimney flashing problem on our roof. Even right after strong Texas storms moved through and roof crews were busy, the …

we had a two-part roofing project with hayes & sons llc: a shingle roof replacement and replacing the tin roof over our az room with laminated roof panels. the shingle work was finished sooner than expected, which worked out very well, and the panel installation was completed as soon as the materials came in. ryan kept us updated through the whole process with clear communication, and the roofing crews showed up on time, acted professionally, did quality work, and cleaned up the site well. the finished roof looks great, and the new laminated panels have made the az room much more comfortable in the grand prairie heat. we would definitely use them again for roofing work.

We had our old roof replaced, along with new gutters, and the whole job turned out great. Our roof is large with several dormer peaks, so it was more complex than a standard roofline, but the crew handled it with real skill. The roofing work was high quality, the price was fair, and the team stayed on schedule, answered our questions quickly, and kept the job site clean. They also upgraded our gutters because the old ones were too small and not set up well for proper drainage. The new gutter system was enlarged and the water flow was redesigned so rain drains away much better, which is especially important with the heavy storms and intense weather we get in Grand Prairie. Since the installation, both the roof and gutters have performed very well. We have had several neighbors stop and compliment the workmanship, and we have gladly recommended them to friends. We are very happy with the roofing and gutter renovation.

A first-class, honest roofing team. Ryan, Devin, and Brent stayed involved from start to finish and were quick to answer every question and handle any concern. Communication was strong before, during, and after the roof installation, and the whole process felt organized and professional. They took time to explain the shingle options, roofing details, and what to expect with the schedule, cleanup, and final results. One helpful tip is to confirm shingle and color availability before making your final choice, and if possible, look at a completed roof with that material installed so you can feel confident in the selection. If you are comparing bids, this roofing company should definitely be on your list. Great service, solid workmanship, and a roof that looks excellent.

we hired a roofing subcontractor for a large rooftop equipment replacement at a busy 10 story occupied building in Grand Prairie. they were easy to work with, helpful, and stayed involved through the whole roof access and tear-off process while the old unit was removed and the new one was set in place. during a period of heavy rain, howard and the crew helped build a water dam using the existing roofing system materials, and with tarps and emergency pumps in place, the opening stayed protected and water did not get into the building. the team communicated well, worked safely, and did a solid job supporting a complicated commercial roofing project in hot Texas conditions.
