  Joseph and Darrell with Paul & Sons House Repair were honest, on time, and professional during our roof installation on a home we own in Grand Prairie. Since we live out of town, every call, question, and decision had to be handled by phone, which can sometimes make a roofing project harder, but the whole process was smooth and easy. They stayed very responsive, answered all of our many questions clearly, and kept us updated as the new roof was being installed. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing the roofing work was moving along as promised, especially with the Texas heat and the need for solid, dependable roof protection. We had also worked with Darrell before for shingle replacement on another property in Grand Prairie, and that experience was just as good. He was straightforward, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we really appreciated the honest service, clear communication, and quality roofing work.

  We’ve now had our second roof done, and both experiences were excellent. Our first shingle roof is still holding up great with no leaks, and the newer metal roof looks fantastic. The whole roofing crew was very helpful and took care of the full permit process, which made everything easy for us.   Everything about my experience with the roofing and gutter team was top-notch. Joseph did a great job explaining the roofing options, gutter work, and the full timeline for the new roof installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. His help with choosing the right shingle color for our home was really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The crew kept us updated, arrival times were clear, and everyone showed up on time and ready to work.   Darrell sent his roofing crew to my home right on schedule, and they even arrived about 15 minutes early. They quickly set up protective tarps and materials around the house to catch nails and other roofing debris during the tear-off. They were very careful with my flower beds, lawn, and the areas around the roof line, which gave me a lot of confidence before the work even started. Once everything was protected, the crew got on the roof and removed the old shingles and worn felt down to the wood decking. After that, they checked the roof deck closely to make sure there were no soft spots, rot, or other damage that could cause future roofing problems. My decking was in good shape, so they moved forward with the new underlayment and shingles. The whole roofing job was finished in about five hours, which really impressed me. The crew worked hard, stayed organized, and paid attention to detail from start to finish. They also did an excellent cleanup when the job was done, making sure the yard and surrounding areas were left neat and free of debris. With the Texas heat and storms, it is important to have a solid roof, and I felt very good about the workmanship and care they provided. I highly recommend Darrell and his crew for roofing work.

  Paul & Sons House Repair replaced our roof, and we have been very pleased with the work ever since. After a strong hail storm moved through the area, we wanted to make sure everything was still in good condition. I checked the shingles from the ground and did not notice anything obvious, but I am not a roofing expert, so I called for a professional roof inspection. They added us to the schedule and explained that the inspector would call before arriving. I was at work when Joseph called, and he let me know they would also follow up after the inspection was finished. Just like promised, I got a call with a full update. They said our roof had no hail damage and was still in very good shape. They even took extra time to inspect the metal roof on our barn, and that roof also looked good with no damage found. The whole process was easy and professional. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and did exactly what they said they would do.   Having Joseph from the roofing team help us out has been a great experience. He is professional, friendly, and really knows his stuff when it comes to roof repairs. Joseph handled two jobs for us: first, he repaired and replaced some damaged roofing and gutters where animals had gotten in, and second, he fixed an issue with a hand rail and took care of a ceiling repair near our stairs.
