  I read all these great reviews, so I expected the same thing. Sad to say, it wasn’t the same case for me. My husband called and was told someone would come check out our roof and no one showed up not even a courtesy call to let us know. Very unprofessional.

  We see an appointment was set for today at 11… the assigned associate is traditionally very good with keeping their customers informed of delays or reschedules. We are helping lots of folks after the severe weather event of May 27/28th.. but there is no excuse for at least not calling! We understand your time is invaluable & we will work hard to not let that happen again! Thank you for letting us know!

  I wish I Would have done more research on this company and looked at their better business bureau complaints. bad quality work. I'm sure most of the Google reviews are fake. I have a leak on my new roof and haven't heard back from them.

We do honor workmanship on everything we do and if you would provide us an opportunity, we would be happy to evaluate the repairs and determine if we need to have a technician or supervisor advise on it.   It’s unfortunate you feel that way Mr. Cameron. There are lots of companies that are willing to do less of a job for less money. We only use the best material and the most skilled tradesmen and therefore estimate accordingly so that we can continue to remain in business.

  After they do job on your roof and after they get paid that's it , they won't stand behind there customer, if you have problems or have to compliant cheap material they used on your roof they won't talk to you. Top of it you have to fight with them to get there warranty.

  Here at Blue Nail we value each and every customer and their concerns. We ONLY use brand new material from the BEST manufacturers in the industry to ensure we can honor our 5 year leak and labor guarantee for all of our customers. We mail all warranties upon account settlement and typically takes 2-3 weeks from that point to receive. Regardless of possession of documents, we honor workmanship warranties EVERY TIME.

  Blue Nail did a very poor job on my roof. They took 5 moths to complete and did not do a good job. It did not leak before, and now it leaks. They did not want to fix the leaks around my fireplace because they said I had "rotten mortar." I got 2 other estimates from roofers and both told me that they did not install the flashing right or seal around my fireplace and that is why it is leaking. I paid another roofer to fix the leak for $75. The written warranty I have from Blue Nail is worthless. They over promise and under deliver.

  Carlos was so very helpful with answering questions and helping wade through insurance information when we were finally ready to redo the roof. He explained everything in a way we could understand, and was up front about what could/should be done (or not done) and why. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the options we chose and worked around my schedule while we hammered out the details. You may wait a few weeks until they have a time open, but you'll see why. He and his crew started at first light and were done, cleaned up, and gone by late afternoon. It was such a relief to have that over with.

  Blue Nail did a free inspection of my roof due to the recent storms. Although there was not currently storm damage, Dalton Rodriguez was very thorough and courteous. Thank you for the peace of mind knowing my roof is in good shape!
