  We had hail damage on our metal roof and needed a roofing inspection. The roofing team checked everything carefully and explained that the storm damage was serious enough that a full roof replacement was the best option. Soon after that, a strong wind storm caused even more damage and blew off parts of the roof. Even though their roofing schedule was already busy, they sent a crew out right away to tarp and secure the damaged areas so we would not have more water leaks or further wind damage. The temporary repair worked very well and gave us peace of mind until the full roofing job could begin. They also took the extra step of adjusting their schedule so our new roof could be installed sooner, which was a huge help. During the roof replacement, the crew followed our requests, kept us informed, and made sure the work was done the way we wanted. The finished roof looks great, feels solid, and we are completely satisfied with the workmanship. Harold, Raymond, and Keith were friendly, professional, and clearly knew roofing well. We had a very positive experience from the inspection to the final cleanup, and we would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement in Marietta.

Soon after, Harold came out to inspect the shingles and check the storm damage from the top of the house. Once the insurance adjuster completed the estimate, Harold got right to work and helped move the roofing claim along. He made several calls to the insurance company and the adjuster to get details corrected on the original paperwork. Anytime I had a question about the roof repair, materials, or next steps, Harold was easy to reach by text or phone and always explained everything in simple terms. The whole process took some time, but he stayed on top of it with a great attitude and real professionalism. The new roof installation was completed beautifully, and the workmanship was excellent. Harold was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared from start to finish. He went above and beyond what I expected and made a stressful roofing situation much easier.   A large part of a tree came down on our roof and left several openings that started letting water into the house. Elias and his roofing crew responded very fast and arrived in under two hours after we called. Stormy weather slowed things down a little, but they still made it out quickly and got right to work. They removed the fallen debris, checked the damaged roofing areas, and put emergency tarping in place right away to stop more water from getting inside. They were professional, helpful, and easy to work with through the whole process. They explained what needed to be done, protected the exposed sections of the roof, and made a stressful situation much easier.   i can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. i have lived in my house for many years and have worked with several roofers, and this was easily the best experience for professionalism, quality work, attention to detail, and quick communication. From my first phone call, the office team was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They set up a visit with estimator/project manager miguel within a reasonable time. He was very knowledgeable about roofing and construction and took a careful approach when checking what needed full replacement, including two flat roof sections, a skylight, and roof vents, and what could be properly fixed by replacing damaged or missing slate. He used a drone to inspect every area of the roof, which was especially helpful because the home has multiple levels and some hard-to-reach sections. He quickly provided a clear written estimate that was easy to understand, and i felt the pricing was fair for the scope of the roofing work. The project was scheduled a few months out, but the office staff kept me updated as the date got closer. Once the schedule was finalized, foreman elias and his crew arrived on time and finished the job within the planned three days. They worked efficiently, were respectful, and did a great job cleaning up the property each day. One thing that really stood out was the skylight replacement. Since it is located high up on the back side of the house, it is difficult to see from the ground. miguel showed me detailed drone photos of the old skylight and then the new one after installation, which gave me a lot of confidence in the workmanship.   Rivera Brothers Roof Repair did an excellent job replacing the roof on our home and detached pool house in Marietta. They quickly measured the roof area, helped us choose the right shingle color, and got everything scheduled fast. The crew arrived on time, protected the plants, driveway, and other surfaces, tore off the old roofing, installed the new roof, and added proper roof venting on the pool house that had been missing before. They also cleaned up thoroughly, checked the yard and driveway for stray nails, and finished the main roofing work by the end of the day. The new gutters and downspouts were completed the following day because after seeing the house in person, Miguel noticed the white color we first discussed would not match the trim as well as expected. He recommended an almond color instead, and it looked much better with the home. The communication was clear the whole time, and the follow-up after the job, including checking in after a rainy day in Marietta, showed real care and professionalism. The price was very fair, the workmanship was strong, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

  i've had nothing but great roofing service from keith. he put on a new roof years ago and strongly recommended architectural shingles, and i'm really glad he did. long after the warranty was over, i ended up with a leak. as most roof leaks go, it was tough to track down, but through careful inspection and step by step troubleshooting, keith was able to find the source and repair it for good. he checked the flashing, shingles, and other problem areas until the issue was solved. to my surprise, he did not ask for payment for the service visits or the labor right away and simply said we could talk after seeing if the repair fully held. who does that? my roof still looks great, holds up well in the heat and heavy rain, and i truly appreciate the honest work and care.
