We contacted a roofing company for an estimate during our home renovation. Ernest was quick to respond, professional, and very knowledgeable the whole way through. The team put together a clear, detailed roofing estimate virtually using satellite roof measurements and our remodel plans, which made the process easy and efficient. We also spoke with another roofing contractor, but Ernest stood out as more professional and better prepared. In the end, we decided not to move forward with a new roof because it was outside our budget, but if the pricing had worked for us, this roofing company would have been our first choice.

I had a great experience with Miller Family Roof Repair. Roger was very friendly and spent extra time checking the whole roof, not just the chimney flashing issue I called about. He carefully went over my options, explained things in simple …

I was pretty stressed about getting my roof repaired after storm damage, but I felt much better as soon as Leonard came out for the roof inspection and met with the insurance adjuster. He did a great job explaining my options in simple terms, showing the damaged shingles and other problem areas, and helping the whole claim process go smoothly. He also let me know I could qualify for a rebate by upgrading to better roofing shingles, which I really appreciated. The whole roofing experience was smooth, professional, and helpful from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend Leonard and his crew to my neighbors and friends.

My experience with Miller Family Roof Repair started before a big storm when I noticed a small roof leak. Roger came out quickly, fixed the issue at no charge, and the leak never came back. Later, a strong hail storm caused major damage to the roof, so I called again and scheduled another visit. Roger clearly explained the insurance claim process, the roof installation steps, the materials, and the fair pricing. He made everything easy to understand, so I knew what to expect and how to get my home ready before the roofing work began. On installation day, the weather was challenging, but the crew stayed organized and completed the new roof the right way. Marvin and the team carefully inspected the shingles, flashing, and vents, then cleaned the yard well and removed all debris and nails. A few days later, Nolan returned for a final roof check and showed me updated photos of the completed work. I felt confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. The crew was honest, dependable, hardworking, and efficient, and the communication was strong from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to any family or friends needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

I had an excellent experience with Miller Family Roof Repair. Ernest handled everything from the first roof inspection and storm damage check to helping with the insurance claim and speaking directly with the insurance company. They replaced our roof, gutters, and siding on both our home and garage, and the finished work looked outstanding. The roofing and siding crews worked hard, stayed on schedule, and kept the whole project moving smoothly without delays. The workmanship was top quality, and they paid close attention to every detail, from the shingles and flashing to the gutters and trim. They were quick to respond to follow-up questions and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We have gotten a lot of compliments on how nice our home looks now, and even our neighbors commented on how hardworking the crews were and how well the job was done. It was a smooth, professional roofing experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them.

I’ve hired Miller Family Roof Repair several times, and every job has turned out great. They put in new gutters and replaced damaged roof boards on our home. Most recently, they installed a new roof after storm damage. Even though I reached out later than many people, my home was still scheduled quickly and the roof was replaced sooner than I expected. What really made them stand out was the extra value they included. At the same insurance-approved price, they added proper roof vents where we had none before, installed chimney flashing and protection to help keep water from pooling and causing rot, and used long-lasting architectural shingles. They also explained the roofing options clearly and gave honest professional advice that helped us make the right choices for our home. The crew was skilled, respectful, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish.

Miller Family Roof Repair recently finished a roof repair and upgrade for my home, along with new gutters and downspouts. From the first inspection to the final walk-through, the whole process was handled with clear communication and good attention to detail. They helped explain the scope of work, made a few helpful adjustments to the plan, scheduled the job on time, and followed up after everything was completed. The roofing crew was polite, careful around the property, and worked in a professional way. The workmanship looks solid, and the new roof system and gutter work have really improved the home. They were also quick to answer questions and made the entire project easy and stress-free. In Horse Shoe, having dependable roofing and drainage is important with the amount of rain and changing weather, and this team did a great job. I would gladly recommend them for roof repair, replacement, and gutter work.
