What a great group of people at Rivera & Sons Roofers Llc. They were friendly, easy to work with, and truly cared about protecting my home and roof. Tracy was a pleasure to deal with, had all the paperwork ready like insurance documents, returned calls quickly, and followed through on everything that was promised. The roofing crew was respectful, skilled, and worked with real attention to detail. They handled the roof project smoothly, kept the job site organized, and did an excellent cleanup, even picking up small debris behind my shrubs and leaving the property neat. A small touch-up needed one nail, and Brayden came out right away to take care of it. He also took extra time to clean a few marks on the shed door caused during the shingle work. I highly recommend them for roofing work in Carrollton. The quote was the best one I received, and the service, workmanship, and cleanup made the whole experience even better.

This was my first time going through a roof replacement, and I’m really glad I chose this roofing team. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. There was no pressure, no surprise charges, and everything was handled on time with a professional and thorough approach. Tracy was always quick to respond and took care of every question or concern right away. Even when a few roofing issues made the install take a little longer than expected, the crew kept us informed through each step and made sure the work stayed on track. They also painted the chimney to match the new roof, which was a great extra detail that really improved the final look. Their warranty is one of the best parts and shows real confidence in the quality of their roofing work. In the Texas heat, it feels great knowing the new roof is built well and installed with care. I would happily recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or other roofing services in Carrollton.

Without any hesitation, I highly recommend Rivera & Sons Roofers Llc for roofing work. After storm damage led us to replace our old roof, we chose to upgrade to a metal roofing system for better durability and long-term protection. Tracy was courteous, dependable, easy to reach by phone, and made sure the whole roofing process stayed smooth from inspection to final install. The crew exceeded our expectations, and now our home has a beautiful new metal roof with solid workmanship, clean lines, and great curb appeal. I honestly cannot say one negative thing about any part of the roof replacement process.

Tracy and the whole roofing crew were amazing to work with. They finished our roof quickly and kept the project moving smoothly from start to finish. The shingle color was exactly what we wanted, and they also replaced our gutters and skylight, which made the whole exterior look much better. Tracy always returned my calls and emails, and that really stood out because good communication can be hard to find with contractors. Brayden and the team were friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the job. My wife and I are extremely happy with how our home turned out. The workmanship, cleanup, and attention to detail went above and beyond what we expected. If you need a roofer in Carrollton, we would gladly recommend this team to friends and neighbors. They made the entire roofing process simple, and the final result looks great and feels built to last in the Texas heat.

I had Rivera & Sons Roofers LLC come out to check how the original gutters and screen covers were working. Brayden explained that the corners could use a few improvements where heavy roof runoff collects. The work was scheduled fast, and Tracy stopped by with the crew to answer a question I had. Tracy also recommended power washing the screens, which I did along with some metal roof cleaning. After that, everything worked perfectly during the next hard rain. They really look after their customers in an old-school, dependable way, and I am very glad I chose them to update their original work. The price was fair, the roofing and gutter work was finished quickly, and the crew handled the hot Carrollton weather with no problem.

I urgently needed a new roof, gutters, chimney work, skylight replacement, and some siding repair after strong winds. They came out the same day i called for a quote and gave me a very fair price. Since then, i have used them two more times for roofing and exterior work, and each job has been done with solid workmanship and care. They are professional, dependable, and quick to respond whenever i need help. When wind damage caused part of my siding to come loose, i called and tracy got the crew out that afternoon to fix it fast. They checked the affected area, handled the repair smoothly, and made sure everything was secure again. This team has gone above and beyond for me more than once. Their roofers do quality work, communicate well, and make the whole process easy. I have recommended them to family and friends, and i would gladly do it again. Great service from a reliable roofing company.

Rivera & Sons Roofers LLC is the first call I’d make for any roofing job. Don’t hesitate. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything was smooth, easy, and well organized. Brayden and the crew clearly care about the quality of their roofing work, and it showed the whole way through the project. I had a full roof replacement along with siding, shutters, and gutters, and they paid close attention to every detail. They even noticed that the trim on my second garage did not match because it had been added later. Tracy was not satisfied with how it looked, so they redid the wrap so everything matched better and looked finished the right way. The crew showed up on time, were respectful, and worked hard each day. They explained the process well, kept the area clean, and made sure the roofing materials and exterior work fit the house properly. In Carrollton, that kind of careful work really matters with the strong sun, heat, and storms. I truly have so many good things to say about the experience.
