  Roof was leaking and needed to be replaced to seal the house. I thought the only issue was that they pulled a TV cable out of place and didn’t return it. The buyers inspector later found that they didn’t properly install certain parts of the roof and had to Immediately bring the warranty into play. Since they refused to Come fix the cable It all came out unnecessary hassle

  This company was the wor[ST] roofing company I have ever dealt with! Very unprofessional, severe lack of communication, and [VERY] inconsiderate! My advice is to find [ANY] other roofing company in your area!

  I cannot attest to the quality of the work. I called to get a gutter quote and a roof leak repair quote. The gutter guy was supposed to call before he came. He did not. He was scheduled to come at 2PM. He came early (at 1PM), and left without speaking to anyone. He did not call to explain why he left without investigating the gutters. My sister saw his truck pull up and leave. She thought maybe he went to lunch, but we never heard back from him. The roof guy came a few days later. He spoke with my sister. He did not answer many of her questions. He did not follow up with me (the owner) with what he found during the inspection. I was told by their receptionist that he would be sending a detailed quote with his findings. That was never received. I never heard back from this company. Cannot recommend this company due to lack of communication, lack of follow through, and lack of providing quotes as requested.

  From beginning to end, Todd and his team at River Region Contracting have been absolutely superb! They responded rapidly to our request for an inspection and then worked with our insurance company following a severe storm in Feb '25. The replacement of the entire roof was as smooth a process as you could ever imagine. Brice and the folks in the office were responsive, thorough and always available to answer our questions. There were no hidden costs or extras! The crew completed the work in a single day and left the yard, driveway and flowerbeds clean and in perfect shape. I would highly recommend River Region Contracting to anyone, any time, whether you just need a minor repair or a whole new roof!

  River Region Contracting just completed installing a new roof on my house. From start to finish, it was a very excellent experience. The management and staff were always hands on and explained every aspect of the process. Work was done both efficiently and competently every step of the way. I am very satisfied and my new roof looks great.

  My first call to River region roofing help me to negotiate with my insurance company to pay for my roof. They installed my roof in one day they've come back to check for debris in the yard and constantly kept in touch with me on the process. I would recommend them to my friends.

  Very professional & stayed consistent throughout the entire process. I met a few contractors that weren’t consistent & their quality of work wasn’t up to par. From start to finish, River region helped communicate with my insurance as well as myself to make this process as smooth as possible for me. Brice was excellent at communicating. Jason helped meet with my adjuster to help me get a new roof after being previously denied by my insurance because I didn’t have a contractor to advocate for me. I highly recommend Todd & his awesome staff! My new roof looks great & they even follow up after the job is done.
