I reached out to Ritter’s Roofing last fall for a quote on a roof repair, and also a quote to have the roof replaced. They said they would send someone out the next morning. No one came. The following morning their PM knocked on my door. Against my better judgment I let him take a look at the roof even though they were 24 hours late for the appointment. He looked at the section that needed repair, gave me a price on the spot which I accepted, and said his guy would come the following week to perform the repair, and also give me a quote for a full replacement. The next week came and went and no one showed up. I left three voicemails over the next three weeks but never heard back. I ended up repairing the roof myself, and will go with a different company for the replacement.

We are extremely pleased with our new roof. Bill Ritter, owner of Ritter’s Roofing, was professional, clear with communication, and kept the project on schedule. The skilled roofing laborers worked hard every day, paid great attention to detail, and left the property spotless when they finished. It was a pleasure to work with this team and we highly recommend Ritter's Roofing.

Awesome quality work at a fair price. The work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up and gone the same day they finished! The owner Bill, was on the job everyday and his whole crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Ritter Roofing!

Excellent service. Very responsive from quote generation to installation. Good price for a quality installation and they came very rapidly after I decided upon a color. Thorough cleanup afterwards.

They came and did my grandparents roof, all of the workers were super sweet. They worked very fast and hard. We thought it would take two full days they were done in a day and a half. The clean was was incredible, looks better then when they started. The roof itself looks amazing and well made. Very happy and satisfied with them!

Ritter Roofing went above and beyond expectations. Billy and Mark have excellent communication skills, The work that the team did in repairing the damaged roof was completed quickly and with expert care. As the roof was replaced, the clean up crew thoroughly removed all debris and nails from demolition. The area around our two outbuildings was left pristine and safe. We have two beautiful new roofs that closely match the existing roof on the house. They did all this in one day and within our budget. We highly recommend Ritter Roofing.

What stood out the most about Ritter's Roofing was how clean they left everything. I’ve never seen a crew take that much care with cleanup, the yard looked so good I honestly thought they cut the grass. They did solid work, were polite, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Mark was great to work with too. This was my first time dealing with a roof and he made it feel easy, like I was being helped by a friend. I tell everyone now, if you need a roof, I’ve got a guy.

Bill and Mark are a pleasure to work with. Service on our schedule worked beautifully and the roof appears solid and, most importantly, leak free. The cost was right in the middle of all the quotes we received and worth every penny. We highly recommend Ritter’s Roofing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
