  I have no idea who this company is but they keep soliciting a review from me. Therefore, while I cannot comment on the quality of their work or the value of their prices, I can say they are diligent in requesting a review for whatever that might be worth. Hopefully this review will get me off their text list.

  Emagene, we did come back out and we redid the flashing in the area of your leak. It was also determined that you did not have a down spout on your home in that area that is where the leak was coming from. Again you have a lifetime no leak warranty so if the roof is currently still leaking just call the office and we will be more than happy to come out and fix it.

  My roof was installed in the middle of winter here in Lakewood Pennsylvania. I warned them to get it done asap as per the winters can get brutal up here but they ended up having to shovel off over a foot of snow from the roof and unbury the roofing left on the ground. After a year they were called back for improper installation, roof running crooked on one section, and not properly running the roof flashing under the siding which caused multiple leaks damaging my ceiling in my laundry room. They did on request come back to fix what was done improperly but should have been done properly from the beginning. I cannot recommend this company.

  Connor your appointment was canceled due to the nature of the type of gutters you would need on a commercial building. You were NEVER told to call a company that does metal roofs. After our installation manager reviewed the job it was deemed that your project would require a commercial box gutter that we do not have the resources to provide. Now we could have just went ahead and taken the job, installed our 6 inch residential gutter system that most likely would have been ineffective. But we did the right thing and declined the project. PS: we will be more than happy to move forward with the project if you are willing to sign a waiver that USA would not be responsible for the performance of the residential gutter system once we would install it. What it comes down to is sour grapes on Gary and Denise's part due to our company finally putting a stop to us not doing any more extra work for free that was not part of their contract. They were threatened with a law suit for continually calling and harassing us. If we did the kind of work that they are claiming we would have been out of business a long time ago. Please feel free to reference our company on the Better Business Bureau. We have an A+ rating.

  It took me a while to post this but I want to give a shout out to USA Metal Roofs of Dunmore for their quality workmanship of our new metal roof.   A metal roof was installed 6 years ago on our house. Still looks great. Just had 5 new skylights replaced. Very satisfied with the installation and the people who worked on the roof. Professional work and a great value for our home with a very good guarantee. I Highly recommend this company.

  Buying a new roof can be overwhelming, BUT not with this company. Everyone was very professional and very informative. The entire process from getting our estimate to the finished product was so simplistic, and unbelievably quick: my husband and I were genuinely surprised. I appreciate how friendly everyone we dealt with was and how efficiently their work crew handled the job. Based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend this company.
