  I recently hired shingle me now to repair my roof, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. Not only did they fail to properly seal the skylights and chimney as promised, but their negligence has led to persistent leaks in my home. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them for assistance, my calls were never returned. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in their services. I would strongly advise against using shingle me now for any roofing needs. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction have caused me nothing but frustration and financial loss. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and professional roofing company.

  Mr. Aronov, We at Shingleme want to thank you for choosing to go with us to install your new roof. We take pride in serving all of our customers with attention to detail and good customer service. In your situation we installed new shingles on your roof, But we did not have a contract to install new skylights. The existing skylights on you home are estimated to be 25-30 years old. They are old Anderson skylights which are discontinued. Unfortunately the roof is not the reason why they are leaking. We did respond to all your calls and we did send a qualified technician to assess the situation and he attempted to fix the base of the skylights and the glass. This was only a temporary fix. While that technician was at your home he explained that we would need to replace the skylights for a permanent fix. The problem with the chimney was not due to the base of the chimney where the roof work was done, It was with the chimney cap which is none roof related to our contracted work with you. I understand the skylights are an expensive additional cost to you but getting custom built curb mount Velux Skylights is the only way to permanently solve the problem you have. We did provided you with that information over the phone but you haven't decided yet to move forward with replacing the skylights with new ones. Here at shingleme we pride ourselves on our customer service and quick response by our service team. If you would like us to come back out and attempt to reseal the glass once again we would be more than happy to do that, we just need that to be communicated and we will gladly come out again to attempt this. Keep in mind, this will once again only be a temporary fix and it is still recommended to replace each skylight on your roof deck with a custom skylight.   Quoted over 11k for partial roof replacement. Almost 4k for new gutters. Talk about over pricing to get out of jobs they don't want to do. Will never use them for any of my houses.

  Highly recommend ShingleMe Roofing in Lords Valley! I highly recommend ShingleMe for anyone looking to repair or install a new roof. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Mr. Jay Rake, Site Supervisor, did a great job coordinating with his crew and keeping everything organized. I had a complete new roof installed, including removal of the old roof. The price, quality of the workmanship, communication, and cleanup were all exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend ShingleMe to anyone in need of roofing work! Ask for Jay, he will get the done!

  We had a small repair but on a steep part of my roof that we asked to be fixed before rain came. James came out the next day and fixed it for us. He was professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. I have more extensive repairs that need to be done within the next year and I will be calling Shingle Me to do them. Price was very reasonable.

  From start to finish, Shingle Me did a great job. The job supervisor showed up at 8:00 am to get everything set, and the workers were there at 9:00. They draped the entire front farmer's porch so that it would stay clean, and they worked straight through the day non-stop, except for a lunch break. They were all done with our fairly large house roof and garage roof by 5:30. They took the next hour to pack and clean up. While 4 of them were doing that, one person took a magnetic "rake" and went over our lawn twice to try to get up every nail Every person there was kind, hard- working, and knowledgeable. We are so glad that we chose Shingle Me to do our roof!

  The foreman James was on time, polite and really professional. The work crew was on time, they did a great job with the cleanup and worked from the beginning to the end of the job without any extended breaks. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

  What a surprise to learn that a roofing job and three replaced skylights could be completed in one day! The ShingleMe team accomplished it to my surprise. They did a superb job and then threw all the debris into a dumpster. Thanks to Mike and all the roofers who worked so hard. I highly recommend them.
