  Supposedly they changed ownership so they won't honor warranty. Called the first time explained my issue. They sent me to someone else where I left a message because nobody would pick up. Kept calling back but they blocked me. Used another phone they picked right up. When they found out it was me they said they couldn't help me.

  GMR (Garvin Metal Roofs at the time) installed our Tilcor metal roof in 2020 with a 40-year warranty. In the years since, we've had numerous issues with leaks, though all were "repaired" under warranty. A year ago we started to experience another leak, but now GMR is unreachable. GMR Ohio has seemingly vacated their offices. So now I'm left dealing with GMR PA, GMR NY, and GMR FL. Experiencing the same issue as others - Calls not being returned, calls straight to voicemail, and blocked numbers. Here's the usual call flow: 1. You'll likely get voicemail. They will not return the call based on the voicemail. 2. If your number is not blocked at this point, on one of the rare instances where you do get someone, they will either tell you they'll refer you to warranty for a call back (unsurprisingly they will not actually call back) or they will transfer you, and you'll sit on hold indefinitely. 3. If you attempt to call back yourself, you will either get an immediate disconnect or a busy signal. Your number is likely blocked. 4. You can confirm the above by calling from a different number. Try google voice or something if you don't have one. You can maybe get through and restart the entire process from beginning to end, ad nauseam. It seems as though GMR (PA, OH, NY, FL), Garvin Metal Roofs, Premier Homeowner Solutions, whatever business name they are currently operating under, has no intention of honoring your existing warranty.

  I found that while having another project done in October that Garvin hadn't installed the snow retention system that was supposed to have bean installed. I had reached out to the project manager about it then about a month goes by and finally get a call bac from a member of management I was hoping that this would have been given a little more priority. As I don't want an icy patch to slide off and wreck anything or hurt anyone unintentionally. *Also for those unfamiliar with metal roofs realize that snow and ice will slide off like a freight train. They look great but function different then a shingle roof. Also if you have 4 seasons and regular rain GET GUTTERS DESIGNED FOR SUCH A ROOF. Ask as many questions as necessary to fully understand your roof or any other construction..... *This is an update to the review that I placed in regards to a problem that I noticed after the original review was put on google. If someone would have reached Out to me in a timely manner which is nearly a year since i told the original construction manager that no longer works for Gavin. I would've not put this problem into the google review but am left with this as one of my only options because when I attempt to call I get my calls rejected. Tried calls, messages on their website, snail mail which got returned. My problem is simple enough I think?! I had 2 roofing projects And 2 contracts indicating that a snow retention system would be installed everything else was completed. I never realized there was never any type of snow brakes installed until it was brought to my attention by someone. I've attempted various times to have some one reach out to me about this and about a month after emailing the construction manager. Someone actually had called me and explained once they have some work in my area they would be available to schedule it. Since that call I've had no contact and noticed driving through my neighborhood a few other roof projects they completed. Hopefully I

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Have been calling them for 2 weeks to have them fix a few issues with a roof they installed 3 years ago. Called on a Monday and a girl answered and took my name and said warranty will call me. Heard nothing all week. Called back on Friday and the girl took my name and number and said warranty will call me again. Waited til the following Wed and still no call. Called them again and my phone is blocked! Had my girlfriend call and she was put on hold for 10 minutes. She hung up and called back and she was blocked also. Called from my work phone Thursday and a girl answered. I told her i need to speak with warranty and that this was my third time calling. As soon as she transferred me i was hung up on. Called back and that number was blocked! Friday i went to the physical address that google provides which is in Olyphant PA and this place doesn't exist! There is no building or business at that address. The Jefferson ave location in scranton is empty also! I sent a email through their website and got no response from that either! They are crooks!! Stay away!!!!!

  Per my husband: My wife and I own a log cabin with a GMR Metal Roofs which we had installed in 2016. We’ve never had an issue with the roof whatsoever until recently. Unbeknownst to us what we thought was a plumbing leak turned out to be something else. The roof came with a 40 year warranty, so I contacted GMR metal roofs and spoke with a very nice lady in the warranty department. I was told somebody would get back to me. In less than a week I received a call from Robbie. He was not only knowledgeable and pleasant, but more importantly he understood my concerns, and dispatched his tech team, William being at the helm. William was pleasant, very knowledgeable, super nice and easy to talk to. The entire job was done within 15 to 25 minutes or so. The process was seamless. GMR Metal Roofs acquired Garvin Metal Roofs, and GMR Metal Roofs honored the original warranty from 2016. This speaks volumes of the company and their dedication to their customer base. GMR Metal roofs, thank you very much for employing people like Robbie as well as William. Robbie‘s attention to detail, rectifying the issue under warranty, and his stellar dedicated service to a customer should be recognized as should William and crew.

  From calling for an estimate to the finished product everyone at GMR was amazing. When I called- they sent someone out that week for an estimate. The guys working on the roof were knowledgeable and fixed the roof the right way.
