We take all feedback very seriously, but unfortunately, we can’t find your name, “Nipple Clamps,” anywhere in our system. Even if this was a real review, you would definitely have the wrong company, because our phones are answered 24/7 round the clock by in house employees who schedule you an appointment. No one would ever be telling you, “when I get back to my office I’ll call you.” Anyone reading this is free to test our system by calling us right now at 570-332-1223. This is very obviously a fake review by someone using a troll account. When compared with our hundreds of other five star reviews, this fake users experience doesn’t lineup whatsoever. We’ve reported this review and encourage others to do so as well.

These guys are awesome. I had a roof leak from bad storms. Was supposed to leave for vacation that morning. When I told them that, they were here within an hour. Gave me a fair price but told us to go on vacation. While we were gone they took really cool 4k photos from their drone. They even offered a cheaper temporary fix to buy us some time to save up for the bigger fix, and they would put that money towards the bigger fix. They were in touch the whole time. The day they came to do the patch, they were quick. Here and done within 45 minutes and they left no mess. I will call them for the bigger fix before winter. In a year or two, when I need a new roof on my garage, they will be my go to company. Another great thing is they are local in Wilkes-Barre. So many companies claim to be from here and then come in from NJ for the work. Not these guys! I would 100% recommend them.
