Jesse was my service provider and throughout the whole claims process he easily walked me through it and handles everything and made the whole process very simple. For a first time homeowner & 1st time getting a new roof this process was more simple than I could’ve imagined.

I can’t recommend Rigid Roofing Solutions enough! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, and completely stress free. What really set them apart was how they handled the insurance process. They walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and worked directly with my insurance company, making what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. It’s now been over a year since my new roof was installed, and I’ve had absolutely no issues. The workmanship has been excellent, and I am confident that I made the right choice. If you’re looking for a roofing company that does quality work, stands behind what they do, and truly takes care of their customers, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!
