  Despite three separate No Soliciting signs, including one right on our front door, GBR still left their flyer in our door. If they don't respect your wishes when they think they have nothing to lose and aren't seen doing it, what else will they try to get away with when actual money is at stake?

  They replaced my roof less than a year ago and now the roof is leaking and they will not come repair the roof. Terrable service. I would not recommend

  I had a great experience with Georgia’s Best Roofer from beginning to end. Finding a roofing company you can trust can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with a major home repair, but Johanna and her team made the entire process much easier than I expected. From my first conversation with Johanna, I could tell that customer service was a priority. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough when explaining everything to me. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done rather than simply giving me a price and moving on. I really appreciated that level of transparency and professionalism. The crew that came out to do the work was just as impressive. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and professional. They treated my home and property with care, kept the work area organized, and made sure everything was cleaned up properly when they were finished. It was obvious that they took pride in their work. What stood out to me most was the combination of quality, communication, and value. I never felt pressured, and I always felt like I was being treated fairly. The pricing was competitive, but the service and attention to detail made me feel like I received much more than I paid for. I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience and very happy that I chose Georgia’s Best Roofer. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend giving them a call. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation recommending them to my friends, family, and neighbors.

  I called Georgia’s Best Roofer to get a quote, and from the very beginning, Johanna was incredibly informative, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding my needs. She took the time to listen to my concerns and, more importantly, patiently educated me on things I wasn’t familiar with. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and I truly appreciated the time and effort she put into making sure I understood my options. After receiving three different quotes and having to make a decision, I ultimately chose Johanna and her team. One of the biggest factors in my decision was how detailed, thorough, and precise their quote was. Everything was clearly explained, which gave me confidence that I knew exactly what I was paying for and what to expect. Their pricing was also very competitive, especially considering the level of professionalism and attention to detail they provided. I was equally impressed with the crew that came out to complete the work. They were courteous, professional, respectful, and very careful with my property. They took the time to protect my home and surrounding areas as if they were working on their own property, which is something I really appreciated. They worked efficiently while still maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to choose Georgia’s Best Roofer. From Johanna’s exceptional customer service and willingness to educate me to the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the work, the entire experience was outstanding.   I hired Georgia’s Best Roofer about six months ago, and when I say I’m extremely happy with their work, that’s honestly an understatement. From start to finish, the experience was professional, seamless, and exceeded my expectations. What prompted me to finally write this review—despite my roofing project being completed months ago—is something that really stood out to me. I had already spoken with Johanna during a follow-up phone call, but she went the extra mile and took the time to send me a handwritten letter expressing her gratitude for giving the company the opportunity to serve me and for allowing them to demonstrate what they do best. I honestly can’t remember the last time I received a handwritten letter from someone. In a world where everything is done by text, email, or automated messages, that small but incredibly thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me. It speaks volumes about the kind of people behind the company and the value they place on their customers. From the beginning, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Johanna was especially helpful throughout the process. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to my needs and pay close attention to every detail. Her professionalism and willingness to make sure everything was handled properly made a big difference. After hiring Georgia’s Best Roofer, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work.   We had an excellent experience with our roof replacement. Our service agent was Mario Granada, and he did a great job working with the insurance company and planning/coordinating the roofing job. The roof replacement was completed professionally and timely. The roofing contractors were knowledgeable and very friendly. The cleanup after the project was also very impressive.

  Very good experience from beginning to completion. Their team worked with us at every step diligently. Good selection of roofing materials, they finished the job in 1 day and took care of property well during installation. End result is beautiful new roof!
