  Unprofessional. They just show up at your house an hour earlier than the appointment time. If you schedule them to come and look at your roof and they tell you they’ll be there between 12 and 2 they show up at 11 and check your roof without your knowledge. If you tell possible customers you’ll be there between 12pm and 2pm you can show up at 12 but not 11 because what if a person is not home or just not ready for you....????? And another thing. My insurance information is MY BUSINESS. I’m asking you for a quote because I don’t know if I will use you as my roofer. You’re telling me you can talk to my insurance company to get me approved. I NOPE. Not happening. I’m intelligent enough to speak with my own insurance company. And besides, you just want more money. Stop being greedy for money. And here is a tip. Don’t run after the dollars. Run after the relationship with your customers and the dollars will flow.

  David, Brandon, Martin and Jackie were a few pleasure to work with. The project was done on time and on budget with no surprises! Hat tip to Martin and Brandon for actually getting the work done and inspected in a safe and timely manner!! I will definitely call Legend Roofing again for my roofing and gutters!!!!!!!!!
