  Terrible business model. Idk when it became ok to just keep texting people’s personal cell phones after I report the first couple to spam to solicit their business. Crazy that I had to get in touch with a person named Stephanie to remove my number from their system. If a company can’t survive on ads and word of mouth… probably not a good company.

  I have never seen the worst service like this. Troy and Rebekah are irresponsible and coward. No support! No phone calls. No emails. They were disappeared after submitted the claim. No body with me when the inspector of insurance company came. I did all alone. Troy knocked my door twice to convince me submit a claim, then that was the last time I saw him. He's disappeared. And now my claim was denied.

  Please do NOT work with Troy and Rebekah. They are unprofessional. I had a horrible experience with them. Bad support. No responses after emails/calls.
