  We always appreciate our customers reviews and encourage them to let us know of the things that we are doing wrong. When Mr. Rodney contacted us about the leak we sent our roofer out to repair it. Our roofer replaced a plumbing boot that we believed was the cause. After the leak was repaired we sent our painter out to paint the entire kitchen ceiling. The leak kept coming back and Mr. Fair this time asked our office to send a manager out and I personally met with Mr. Fair. I went to inspect and was suspicious of this leak and told Mr. Fair. that it could be a plumbing leak because it was only showing in the first floor and not on the second floor ceiling. We recommended to get a plumber and he insisted that it only leaked when it rained. I decided to again replace the same boot that had already been replaced and found no signs of a leak. After the third time we sent our painter out we decided to cut the ceiling open and found the plumbing leak. Mr. Fair has failed to mention that I Oscar Mangandi (company owner) met with him in different occasions and we tried fixing a problem that was not going on. If you decide to hire our company you will never be left unattended as it was portrayed in this review,

  Good luck with getting them back out to your home if you need warranty work done. They installed my roof in January and I have been having issues which I called to have an inspection done to see what the problem was. Oscar said he would call a week later to schedule because he would be in my area. The following week came and went with no call no show. I called text and left messages at the office and on Oscars phone with no response. They answered every call and text when I contacted their company to replace my roof and gutters. But now that I’m having issues I can’t get any response from this company. So in essence after you have taken my money I can’t get anyone to come and take care of warranty issues. So customer service and response to calls and regarding payments and questions I may have about the process is very timely in the beginning but now that they have gotten paid I can’t get any response. Now I have to find another roofing company for issues that are supposed to be under warranty from Georgia Premium roofing . Don’t be fooled by the great reviews like I was. This isn’t how business should be done especially after a 30.000 roof job.

  The overall experience with GA Premium Roofing, Inc is considerably below par and considerably below the standards they portrait on their website. Jhordan, the Representative is kind but isn't customer oriented and cannot solve issues. My Roof was installed approximately July of 2018. Once the job was completed I had several post issues. Clean up was not complete with empty soda cans and empty water bottles on my property. There was a bucket of nails which had water in it with rusty nails and the rusty water leaked onto my driveway and the stain is still there even after pressure washing. In addition, I've had to re-call Jhordan and supposedly the owner Oscar out to the property to explain uneven cut shingles and a bent Gutter from the ladder that was placed against it to climb onto the roof. This past October three months after the roof was installed, there was a leak in my Master bedroom and master bath that was caused by improper installation of the exhaust vents. They were not properly caulked. It took 3 missed appointments for them to show up and fix the issue. Then they were supposed to repair and repainted the stains left from the leak and it's January 2019 and they have yet to fix this. 3 missed appointments and Oscar is either an owner that isn't on top of his contractors or just doesn't care but on 2 occasions he was not aware that the roofer or painters had not shown up to finish the work. I've contacted the BBB and I've alerted my Homeowners Association to alert my neighborhood of this Company inability to complete Roofing jobs. I've spoken with other homeowners that are just as dissatisfied with the Company's work. Overall rating......... POOR.

  Initially they started off good and then I realized that they were billing my insurance for work that had not been done. I sat and talk to them and told them i was paying for the work that was completed and that i would get another contractor to finish the unfinished work. Well they weren't happy and they continued to say "we can't let you pocket all the money" my main concern is that my problems are fixed. Then I get an email from lawyer threatening my for money for work that they had not done nor did be have a contractual agreement to do. I would never recommend these insurance crooks to anyone. They are only concerned with the money not fixing the problem.

  cannot say enough good things about my experience with GA Premium Roofing, and specifically Ostin. From start to finish, the entire process was completely seamless. It all began with the initial inspection, where Ostin used a drone to capture detailed, thorough imagery of our roof’s condition. From there, he took the reins and handled the insurance company directly, successfully getting them to cover the full expense of a brand-new roof. Navigating insurance claims can easily be an overwhelming headache, but Ostin made it feel effortless. Throughout the entire project, communication was top-tier. He kept me updated every step of the way and was genuinely available day or night to answer any questions or address any concerns. That level of dedication and responsiveness is rare, and it made the whole process smoother than with anyone else I have ever worked with. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the peace of mind was priceless. If you need roof work done, I wholeheartedly recommend GA Premium Roofing and make sure you ask for Ostin!

  I had a wonderful experience with Ga premium roofing. Oscar is amazing. I had negative experience with a prior adjuster that stated I did not need a roof. Oscar knew immediately that was incorrect. He was so professional and recommended the best quality roof for my home. It looks so amazing!! I highly recommend working with is company and Oscar!

Oscar was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. He was also willing to work with my insurance company, which made everything much less stressful and helped the project move smoothly. The installation team was prompt, professional, and efficient. They completed my new roof and gutters with great attention to detail and did an outstanding job cleaning up afterward. You would never have known a major project had just been completed!   Update: 5/21/2026: The owner Oscar, reached out to me with regards to my concernes on the work that was previously performed on my home. He and I set up a date and time to meet at my property to see how we could resolve this problem. He walked the roof we discussed how we would resolve the issues. He sent a gutter crew out to installed a 6" gutter sysrem and it looks great! He also instructed for me to reach out to him if any other concerns that may arise in the future. Good job Oscar! I have also added the images of the updated gutter system! It is greatly appreciated! Old post below: I have tried numerous times to resolve this problem with this company, but the admin, Crystal or Christy is very unprofessional. This roof company installed my roof in 2019. When it was installed in 2019, I had to have the return several times within that month to make flashing repairs and I even had to have the owner come out on the 5 th time within that month to repair an issue. In 2024, I called the office to have them come to make a repair that I had notice, only for the lady that answered the phone being a smart ass, telling I only have a 5yr service warranty and that I am now outside of it by 1 month and why haven't I contacted them sooner. Mind you, what homeowner, claims on a 30 plus roof to inspect a roof that last for 30 to 50 yrs. The pictures that I have posted are full gutters from the old roo, and how the installers installed drip edge flashing to my facia board not my roof sheathing. This made it easy for water to enter into my attic space. Make sure that you bypass this business and find a company that honors their work.

  After over a year and a half of receiving bids from 5 different roofing companies and getting turned down by our insurance company to repair our damaged roof then they never followed up with next steps, my husband and I we were ready to give up and pay! My neighbor called one day and informed us that we should try one more time and recommended that Raul (from Premium Roofing) may be able to help! Raul was working on her son’s roof in our neighborhood at the time so we figured, what do we have to lose?. We took the chance, spoke with Raul the same day, and the rest was an amazing experience for us! From start to finish, the process was supported by Raul keeping us well informed. Raul provided shingle examples and detailed explanations of the choices available right away. The work was performed in a very timely manner. On the day it was scheduled, supplies were delivered the previous night and all work was completed with clean up in one day. We are very happy with the work performed, the dedication of Raul throughout the entire process, and the appearance of our new roof. Also, we are satisfied that our roof is now up to code, no longer leaks and, the insurance company covered our roof! A Great Thank you to Raul and his amazing roofers from Ga Premium Roofing!

  I had an amazing experience working with Alan and his team. The crew was professional , on time , and kept everything clean throughout the process . The quality of the work is excellent.   Jona is the embodiment of professionalism and a great representation of GA Premium Roofing! From the very first day of speaking with him about the process of inspecting our roof, he was very detailed and meticulous in explaining what to expect over the next several days. He's very kind and personable and would always communicate by keeping us well informed as to what the next step of the process would be. Let's just say that Jona had a lot of patience with me! LOL. Needless to say...we had an awesome experience with GA Premium Roofing! Jona and his team did a phenomenal job replacing our roof and gutters!⛪ I loved having so many color options to choose from!
