  I can't say enough wonderful things about Tyler! a new roof is an expensive investment and from the first time we talked to him we said, "that's our guy". Highly recommend, very organized and clean process. My neighbor even sent me a text saying how impressed she was with their process.

  Zack Hayse stopped by the house asking about the tarp I had on the house. He checked the roof out and determined that we had wind damage and shingles were leaking when it rained. To be honest after putting the tarp on I didn't know what else to do. Zack said he would deal with our insurance company and get things rolling. He did everything he said he would do with the house. I could ask for no better service. Claimgroup people showed up right on time and did an excellent job. High quality work, fast, efficient and looks great. How do I know it was good work? Hurricane Helene came busting through a few days after, no leaks, no shingles came off. Thanks Zack and claimgroup, for the hard work, patience and time.

  If you need a new roof don't waste time looking for a company to do the work. Pick up the phone and call Zach Hayse of Claim Group. He will get up on your roof, assess what needs to be done, explain the process and give you a free estimate. When you agree to have the work done, your part is done. He will work with your insurance company and meet with the Claims Adjuster. Zach will keep you informed when supplies will be delivered and when the roofers will start. The roofers showed up on time, cleaned up after the job and it took about 2/3 of a day. I am thrilled with the new roof and the process. It was one of the best decisions I made. I will recommend the Claim Group and Zach Hayse to everyone.
