  After obtaining three quotes, this was the only company to suggest going through insurance because of existing hail damage. They saved us a tremendous amount of out of pocket expenses, which we appreciated. We drafted a contractor agreement prior to the project outlining the scope of work and how we wanted the front and back porch roofing to be done in order to protect the tongue and groove decking. It also had property protection and a timeline. They hesitantly signed this agreement the day the work began. The crew arrived the first day at 7:30am and had the existing roof and shingles removed within a couple of hours. They installed the new roof timely and perfectly straight, however when installing the roof over the front and back porches they did not follow the instructions in the contractor agreement. There were screws protruding through the tongue and groove which damaged the wood. The crew was asked to return the next day to cut the screws. I took off of work to be home when the work was done but they did not show up until noon. The workers were rude, they argued with me, mumbled insults and did sloppy work to correct these errors. We were left with a damaged tongue and groove decking and visible saw marks on the wood. When the work was completed, I got on the roof and noticed that the ridge vent was covered by pro panel and the foam closures used underneath were not breathable. I reached out to the foreman and he assured me that it was done correctly. I contacted the manufacture of the foam closure material, and they stated it was not breathable and needed to be replaced otherwise there would be mold build-up and was a violation of the state building code. After several failed attempts to reach our foreman I was forced to call the owner who agreed to open up the vent and replace the material. It took three months to correct this error, and several days of work missed for me to assure the work was done correctly. Other areas of dissatisfaction: • Little to

  Worst company in NM. They have been out 13 times and the roof still leaks, called 2 weeks before Christmas and its the 9th of new year, still no call back. Called 4 times, D'Angelo still hasn't called back or sent a crew to fix it. guess its time to see them in court

  They do a good job of actually roofing your home, but on both my home and my mother's home, they took the satellite dish off and then don't put it back properly, so you have to call your provider to come fix it and with both of us, there was a $99 fee. During work on my home they broke my patio table. During the work on my mother's house, they cracked the skylight and broke AC line. Took them forever to fix her issues. The biggest issue with them, is that they cashed 2 checks from my mother and a year later are making threats about not making the payment. I would not recommend this company..

  Scheduled an appointment, even called 30 minutes after appointment time to check but had to leave a message. No show and no call back. I understand you may be busy but so is everyone else with a job.

  Incredibly pushy. I was working to meet with a handful of roofers after a windstorm, and the salesperson for All Seasons, Mike, who spent a handful of minutes here at my home, on his way back to the office, and took off before I could ask questions, contacted my insurance co with nothing but my first name and address to work with (I had not given permission to do this). Absolutely unacceptable.

  I wouldn’t know what their quality of work is because they never showed up at their scheduled time to give an estimate. No call, no show, no answer.

  I was visiting a friend , helping her out because her home was flooded. She called All Seasons Roofing, and hired them to do the cleanup. They showed up fast, the work was quite remarkable, and they were very professional, yet very understanding. Great company.

  We contracted with All Season's Roofing to install a new TPO roof based on excellent reviews , a strong BBB rating , good price and first impression of estimator (D'Angelo Jaramillo). They started the job within a week and completed the new roof in 1 1/2 days. The new roof looks great. We would highly recommend All Seasons roofing for any of your roofing needs.

  This is a roofing company that has the where with all to handle any and everything house top. I was blown away by their constant communication, and effortless ability to make me feel important. They did my roof inspection on my new home purchase, and set up a gutter cleaning, and also added in a few repairs that were needed on the gutters as well. Five star quality, acceptable price.

  Recently, one of my buildings was damaged in a storm that took out a good portion of the roof. Through research, I noticed that All Seasons Roofing Albuquerque is a very established and respected roofing contractor company with platinum status. I contacted them and they were very quick and diligent with their service in that they not only replaced the roof but I also decided to change the color as the color options they have were very appealing. They even helped me with filing the insurance paperwork on the roof damages related to the storm! Thank you so much!!
