My HOA management company hired Ridgeline roofing to repair my roof leak. They came in November, did not fix the roof, but instead put a tarp on it. In December they came back, but did not fix the roof, created more damage, breaking tiles and took the tarp off. Now we are in February and they have not returned. If I could give them a zero I would. This company took a good chunk of our HOA money and we all still have leaks. Something is fishy here. Don't hire them.

Lynne Silvia is not a customer of Ridgeline Roofing. Keystone Property Management hired Ridgeline Roofing for repairs at St Andrews Town Hones in Port St Lucie. Ridgeline Roofing has successfully made 42 repairs at this community but due to the fact the repairs have become so severe that reroofing is now necessary Ridgeline has withdrawn from repair work at St Andrews Town Homes. Ridgeline Roofing continues to do exceptional work in the Indian River County area and we hope this false review does not sway your opinion of our company. We are locally owned and enjoy working and giving back in this community for many years to come!

They gave me a date, and no show. I called and was told this week” week after week. One morning I’m awakened by the roofers. I would have appreciated notification beforehand so I could have parked the cars in the yard. So, they come and drop off a large container and items for the roof, rip off a portion of the roof and apply some peel and stick. They didn’t come back for a week. Finally, when they come back they took off the remaining off the roof, placed peel and stick and then it was left for another 2 weeks. My roof and gutters still aren’t finished, even after referring 2 clients to them. We call and go by the office, but getting ahold of anyone is difficult- no one answers or aren’t there, I’m trying to pay you. When I finally do get ahold of someone, literally 0 communication. We’re told one thing, and the opposite is seen. I would not recommend this company at least at this point in time. They might be backed up, or not have the right workers.

These guys are the best to deal with from start to finish. No Bull!! They did everything they said they would and let us know they would be there in the end for punch of follow up. Although there will be no punch only follow up to re roof what we had to remove for the room addition for permitting reasons and sequence of events.

From estimation through completion, I was very happy with Ridgeline Roofing's replacement of my cedar shake roof with composite tiles that look like the real thing, plus additional gable work. Roof replacement in FL is quite an expensive undertaking, but Ridgeline's approach was comprehensive and their work was high quality, so I certainly feel like I got my money's worth. They're good project managers. No operational details were overlooked. They took care of all the paperwork. Managers visited the site often. Coordination was good. Communication was excellent. At times we experienced some frustrating, but not-totally unexpected, weather and schedule delays. But throughout the project, Joey and Danny provided timely updates and were very responsive to all my questions. The installation team was amazing - craftsmen who paid attention to the details and took great care in getting this roof right! They also did a pretty good job of keeping the site clean. Overall, I found the whole team at Ridgeline to be reliable, trustworthy, easy to work with, and just good people. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend them.
