Doesn’t show up for scheduled appointments, does not return phone calls or texts, office assistant who answers the phone, when you can get an answer, is very rude. Others I know have had the same experience with lack of response and terrible customer service.

They delivered what I expected and hoped for at a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. They also took care of the bureaucracy involved for permitting and HOA, which was very helpful.

We have used Edificium for a number of jobs including a new roof, new patio, hurricane doors, and a new raised entry way. We are in the midst of having them put in a new kitchen as well. They are honest, reliable, fair and do a great job. Would highly recommend them.

Great company. They replaced the roof at my mother's home as well as renovated her kitchen and a bathroom. Very pleased with the quality of the work as well as their professionalism. The job site was left broom clean every day. Friendly and trustworthy employees. They really go the extra mile.

I have used Edificium Construction at my home for numerous projects over the past 15 years. Along with superior quality and craftsmanship, always comes the professionalism and timely communication throughout the projects. Their team removed a window and installed a set of French doors in that space; transforming a useless kitchen wall into a beautiful egress to a dining patio. The owner Eddie and his Project Coordinator Oscar can solve any problem that arises. They are extremely creative and talented.
