Trying to get intouch with this company they redid my roof in 2021 and need to contact them in regards to an issue. Is anyone aware of what’s of them?

They were hired to do a commercial roof replacement for our client in Vero Beach, FL. Despite being paid, in full, we did so in good faith they would return to complete some punch list items, but they have now ghosted. During construction, some damage was done which happens, and they promised to repair and have not. More concerning are the holes in the roof even though its brand new. Two stars since the office staff were friendly, but seem to have no power or control over the actual construction.

Worst company ever, got my roof done 15 months ago , roof has leaked ever since they completed the job, came back 2 times to try to fix the leak. Now 15 months later still is leaking. Called probably 30 times y to o get them back, they say they will be back and nobody shows up. Really considering taking the to small claims court. Stay away!!!!!

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Read all of these reviews saying such prompt and fast workers. Why am I going on 3 weeks for my roof to be finished?! The worst company ever. No one use them. I'm sure they paid for their good reviews.

Hi. We appreciate you voicing your concerns. It is brought to our attention that the reviewer is not an actual customer, but a tenant of the customer. It seems this may be the reason why you are unaware the why we had to pause work on the roof. As you may know, we’ve had two weeks terrible rain and therefore a big reason for the delay. We want to ensure that your home does flood in the middle of repairs. We understand that you are not experiencing any leaks at the moment and we would like ensure it stays that way. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we are doing our best to ensure you roof is completed in a timely and safe manner. Currently, the roof has passed all scheduled inspections. We hope to complete the roof soon. Thank you. Luke (owner of Modtek Roofing).

Called, spoke with someone in the office and she took all my information down and I never heard anything back from them. Found another company that actually called me back.

We have been so busy to write a review but we are out of Port Saint Lucie and Mr. Modtek did some of the neighboring roofs and we loved watching the process and we chimed in and are so pleased with our Metal roof as so are my neighbors, great friendly and professional.

I needed to get the roof redone on a home I was about to rent out. I wanted it done before my new tenant moved in. Thankfully, after speaking with Jackie, I was able to do that. She kept me informed through the whole process and everything came out excellent.

We picked three companies from research to bid and interview for redoing our very large shingle reroof. We knew immediately when we met with John, the company’ s frontman for the Company, that we would go with Modtek. We felt he was upfront, detailed and made us feel extremely reassured. Their pricing is very fair. We have an amazing roof that was delivered on time and the daily and post job cleanup was exceptional! Getting a new roof is a huge decision…. Totally recommend these guys!
