Excellent work. Crew was outstanding. Very friendly; loved my dog. On time, no wasted time, cleaned the site thoroughly at the end of each day and stacked their tools and materials. Foreman kept me well informed at every stage.

Thank you for the positive feedback, Mrs. Alvarez. Working in tight spaces is always challenging, but we’ve found a good groove in Baytree. We enjoyed working with you!

EVERYONE at OIR was professional, respectful and pleasant to work with. They started when they said and showed up daily until the project was complete. What we agreed to pay was what they charged me. The owner is an active participant at all stages and although we had no issues, I could speak directly with him if necessary. Excellent experience. On the higher side cost-wise but worth it. Lindsey was my contact person & great to work with.

Many thanks, Mr. Jordan! We enjoyed working on your project and hope you get many, many years of peaceful use from it.
