  AVOID!!! As a business owner myself I was very disappointed in Panda Contractors of Vero Beach FL and the owner Juan Penafiel. He did not come through on the very basics of running a business! Do yourself a favor and AVOID PANDA CONTRACTORS! So many others to choose from! I found another roofer who will be doing the re-roof of my house.

  Mrs. Castro, I am sorry that you think that our workers where slow. Right now almost every day it is over 100 degrees and I am sure that it does not help. When we received your service call we found the soonest day to go. I believe that it was finished in less than a week after we got your service call,

  As mentioned above, they were unresponsive to our complaints, were not professional and were rude. They stripped the shingles off and made no attempt to cover the roof until tha rain started. This was not a surprise rain. I had seen the cloud approaching. They lied, both the project manager and crew about the situation. DO NOT HIRE! We hired them because we thought they were the best. We were wrong.

  We are sorry that the weather turned bad faster than expected while tearing off your roof. We tried to protect it the best we could but unfortunately it rained heavy in a very short period of time and sometimes this happens, especially in Florida. We do our best to avoid these situations. Our Project Manager came out to the property that day and inspected the property for damage and communicated with the homeowners and was on site the following days. We removed the wet insulation and damaged drywall for the next two days after the leak occurred. Since we are licensed and insured we also notified our insurance company and filed a claim for the interior damage. We offered to repair the interior damage right away, however you did not communicate with us and hired another company. We proceeded to install your roof on schedule and within two weeks and the roof passed all inspections by our county and was installed per our contract. It is a beautiful roof with no issues. You also received a 5 digit insurance check from our insurance company for the interior damage as per our agreement. We even gave you a credit towards your final bill for mold testing since our insurance company did not cover that and you were concerned about your family's health. As of now, two months after we have finished your roof per the contract, you still have not paid us the remainder balance due and are currently past due.

  I have this company a call about a roof estimate on Friday they told me they would be at my house on Monday 9/28/2020 . Apparently they forgot to call me and let me know they do not do roofing in port at lucie so I had my wife with our two kids and my father sitting there waiting for over an hour before I called to see what time the estimator was goin to be there and she said that there was a note put in to call me to let me know that they don’t do roofing in PSL and that she’s sorry nobody contacted me. I believe the company should reimburse me family for leaving us out to dry and I would not recommend this company to anybody needing any services as they do not know what they can do or where they can do them at

We had our receptionist out Friday. We will make sure who ever took the call that they are aware for the future that we no longer service Port St Lucie.   Really bad. First, your can't measure a roof. when ask how many square? Well, 3500s sq. Did you measure. No, I eye ball it. Well, it not that many sq. As far as the repair very good job. But as far as a new roof, I only want to pay for my roof not the block!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Extra prices by thousands , not a nice surprise. Was not done in 3 days , more like 3 weeks. As said in contract , the part of the house that was not supposed to be touched was gutted . Promises , promises , promises , job was well done. Take alot of pictures or no one will believe you. We have a new roof but too much stress , with all other jobs they had being done @ same time. 3 to4 weeks from date we agreed upon . Quality work , but $3,000. Extra , no say in it. It's over thank God.

  Dear Mrs. Gagliardi. Thanks for your feedback. The majority of the re-roof you contracted for us to complete was finished in Six days. We started on Monday, May 20th and on Tuesday the 21st we got to your chimney area above the roofline and found it completely rotted from years of water damage. We gave you an option to rebuild it (expensive) or to demo it to be less expensive. Your chimney went from the ground next to your north wall and 6' up above the roofline. On Wednesday, May 23rd we moved our in-house carpenter to rebuild the chimney from the ground to the roofline where you agreed we would cut off and finish the roof there. On Saturday, May 25th we finished 98% of the roof and all but painting the chimney we rebuilt. There was one small area that was hard to reach the backside where your screen enclosure meets the siding and the roof. That section took some time and I apologize for this delay since screen work is outside our expertise and we use a subcontractor that could not get there before June 4th when we finally finish 100% of your Job. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations and is our fault for not advising of possible challenges when we encounter work outside the standard Re-roof work. We have lots of photos on CompanyCam if you still need them to show you the dates and times we were there. Please remember that your roof has a real lifetime warranty and we are here to take care of your roof for as long as you need us. Sincerely, Isaac Perez Manager

  I made an appointment to have an estimate done at home. Come appointment day, no one showed up. I was told that I did not answer the phone to confirm the appointment. However the phone rang only twice and as I answered it , the caller had already hung up. This happened one hour before the appointment. After reading other reviews on line I have come to realize that this is business as usual for the Panda Contractors. They tried to reschedule my appointment, but considering other reviews my first impression I will try somewhere else.

  I was looking forward to having someone out to take a look at my bathroom and to give me a quote for a remodel, even though I was hesitant based on some of the reviews. I made an appointment for someone to come out. Waited for them, and after waiting 35 minutes, texted Johnny to find out where the salesperson was. He called back informing us that he was unaware that the salesperson was off today and asked if we could reschedule. Unfortunately, the fact that there is a lack of communication within the company and the fact that no one called us to tell us they were not going to make it out today left a bad taste in our mouth so we are going to look elsewhere. I do not want to run into communication problems after a contract is signed or when work is in progress so it's not really worth the hassle.

  We could not be more pleased with our experience with Panda Contractors and the installation of our new standing seam metal roof. From the beginning, Corey, Juan, and the entire Panda team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They did what they said they would do, arrived on time, kept us informed throughout the project, and completed the work efficiently and with excellent attention to detail. The crews were outstanding—hardworking, courteous, and remarkably clean. At the end of each workday, the property was cleaned up and organized, which we especially appreciated while living in the home during the project. Our new metal roof is a major investment in our home, and the quality of the workmanship shows. Just as important, Corey and Juan have continued to be responsive after completion of the project and have demonstrated a genuine commitment to making sure we are completely satisfied with the finished installation. It is refreshing to work with a contractor that combines quality workmanship, good communication, dependable scheduling, and excellent customer service.   We went with Panda Roofing and they did a fantastic job on our roof.   I highly recommend panda roofing for their roofing expertise and professionalism. Juan, Corey, Kiki and Geraldo are hardworking, respectful and very skilled at their jobs. They were on time and cleaned up the property after each day of work. Any questions were answered immediately by Corey and Kiki walked us through the project in layman’s terms. We felt very comfortable with the team and they worked very hard to assure our satisfaction. On pricing, they are right in line with 2 other bids on the same roof. They used all quality materials. We have not had a major rain fall yet, but I feel confident that it is sealed tight. I am sure the Panda team would do a great job for others as well.

  Panda did a great job replacing our roof. They were very professional and responsive. Corey did a great job communicating the status of the job, even coming back after completion to paint a fascia board. Also, Panda did a nice job installing a door, completing a closet and flipping a door. We are very happy with everything they did.
