  Had roof installed . Solar tube was replaced at that time. A few years later a lizard got in tube.wife called , explained problem was told some one would call back. Never happened, found out that tube was never sealed. Slowing lizard in. Shoddy work!!! Lizard gown and tube sealed Contractor I hired did what My Florida didn’t!

  Inconsiderate and incompetent Scheduled for a roof repair leak around my cupola, needed new sealant around the edges. I told that when I made the appt. Waited a couple weeks over the holidays. Morning of appt, the worker called me to ask what the issue was and I told him, he quoted me $350 as the minimum for any minor job. I said that is fine. I assumed he was still coming as he didn't say he wasn't, so I waited around, I finally called the office and she said no it was cancelled since you got a verbal estimate. I said why wasn't that done in the first place? I explained when its raining I have water coming into my kitchen and I need this fixed asap as it's been weeks now. She said she would have to have someone else call me back to schedule it because she couldn't. I asked for it to please be scheduled that day, she said she can't promise that. It's been a few weeks now and no one has called me back. This company is disorganized and couldn't care less about you. I recommend FoxHaven for roof repairs, they came out for a free estimate same week and scheduled it right away. Don't waste your time with these bozos.

  If their service is held to the same standard as their drivers... buyer beware. I watched one of their trucks flying at 80+ mph through sebastian (35-45 mph zone) and almost hit no less than 3 people to assert themselves further ahead through traffic. Absolutely appalling.

  Just was contacted from the estimator. While I might have been very harsh , I still don’t what the cost of a water test costs. Maybe add a second star but that it. Just left me with an uneasy feeling about their work and while the estimate …

  Scheduled an estimate about a week ahead of time, and unlike the two other companies I contacted and received bids from, I was given a time window of two hours rather than a specific appointment time. Arranged our schedule to be there, and 1.25 hours into the window of time, I called just to confirm we were on the schedule. Person who answered the phone said she would check and call me back. 30 minutes later she called back to say there had been some sort of mix-up on their end and they were not coming during the scheduled 2 hour window, or at all today. So-spent almost 2 hours on a work day waiting around for no reason.

  Excellent customer service and workmanship. The owners are plugged into their production and ensure any project they attached their name to is of 5-Star quality before final inspections. Great company that actually cares about people. Highly recommend.

  My experience with My Florida Roofing was one of professionalism, quality service, and a seamless process. The reroofing of my home took one day. Their inspector was there at every stage to make sure work was being performed properly. They kept me informed every step of the way—from start to finish. I was very satisfied with their work. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

  My Florida Roofing did a great job from start to finish. With Doug managing, Benny keeping an eye on things and Trevor in the office, all was done in a professional, timely manner. The crew did a fantastic job in the hot July sun. We're very happy with our new roof.

  Roof was replaced relatively quickly. Result looks good. Workmen were very polite and considerate. They cleaned up debris completely each day. Price was the best of three prominent local roofers who submitted bids and the only one that had a human being visit and inspect the roof before offering an estimate. One used a drone and another simply drove by!

  My Florida Roofing Contractor did an excellent job installing the new tile roof on my home and it looks beautiful. Everything from the owner Rene Reyes to Trevor, John, Ben, and all the roofers were wonderful to work with, but the person that stands out was the supervisor on my project Isaac. This man is very professional and knowledgeable and guided me through the whole project from start to finish. He always had my back! Debbie

  Highly recommend! My Florida Roofing team are an exceptional team courteous, professional and in sync from inception to completion. All kept the communication line open updating me with the progress, my roof was done in a day and half. They cleanup all debris as if they were not here. Incredible team from Owner, office staff, project manager, Trevor, team leader, Isaac and his team, thank you all for an outstanding job well done.
