We bought an old house and soon after we noticed a mould smell so we phoned Mould Inspection & Testing before we began the repairs. The checkup was thorough and the tech checked areas we wouldn’t have thought to check. He explained the facts in an intelligible way and helped us understand which problems were pressing. The report and recommendations were useful and the trip gave us a much better idea of the restoration work that is needed.

We had just completed a home remodel and wanted to be sure there were no hidden mold issues afterwards. The organization completed Mold Inspection & Testing and a full appraisal of the property. The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to go into detail explaining each finding. Best thing was that there is no pressure to acquire any unnecessary services. Our thoughts were set at ease and it showed our house was in great shape. I will be employing this team again for future inspections or repair work.
