  We’ve used Simmons Family Roofing Llc twice for roof leak repairs, and both times the service was excellent. The first visit was for a long-term leak we originally thought was caused by the gutters, but after everything was checked, it turned out to be a roofing problem. We had several estimates, and while others recommended replacing all or part of the roof, they found a small issue, fixed it quickly, and the leak was gone. We called again later when water started coming down an inside wall, and once more the inspection was accurate and the roof repair was completed fast. They clearly know how to diagnose leak problems, explain the issue in simple terms, and handle the work without pushing unnecessary replacement. We’ve gladly recommended them to many people because their roofing work, honesty, and quick response have been outstanding.

  Our bay window started leaking during a long, heavy rain in New Kent. Tracy came out within just a few hours after our Saturday morning call and was very attentive from the start. Tracy listened carefully to our concerns, checked all three floors of the house, inspected the roofing area, and took time to find the real source of the leak instead of guessing. It turned out to be a small roofing-related issue caused by clogged gutters and a spot that needed fresh silicone sealing around the bay window roof. Tracy was honest, clear, and professional, and did not try to push any extra roof repair work we did not need. Instead, Tracy cleaned out the gutter debris at no charge, handled the minor sealing issue, and the leak stopped right away. We really appreciated the fast response, careful roof inspection, and straightforward service. Tracy was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We will definitely call again for any future roofing, gutter, or leak repair needs.

  A roofing crew just finished our roof project, and tracy and brayden were great to work with. brayden handled the estimate, and tracy managed the job from start to finish. We stayed in close contact with tracy while he coordinated three separate crews for shingle installation, flat roof work with membrane material, dormer coverage, and new gutters with gutter guards. tracy was very responsive, easy to reach, and on-site whenever needed. He made sure the roofing work looked right, and any small touch-ups were handled quickly. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and well organized.   A friend recommended Simmons Family Roofing LLC after having a good roof installation experience. I had a small problem around some flashing that I could not inspect myself, so they sent Tracy, who had also helped my friend. Tracy found a much bigger hole that was causing the leak issue and explained everything in simple terms. Since it was a smaller repair visit, we also took care of a few other roofing-related items at the same time, including removing an old satellite dish and fixing a loose screw on the deck roof. That made the service call more worthwhile and helped clean up a few problem spots before they could turn into bigger roof issues. The scheduling process took a little time, but once everything was set, the repair work was handled fast and smoothly. They completed the job with very little disruption to my day, and I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process. Overall, I was very happy with the roofing service, communication, and the quality of the repairs.

  They did an excellent job installing TPO roofing on the low-slope and flat sections of our roof in New Kent. It can be hard to find a roofer with real experience in flat roof systems, but their crew handled the whole project with skill and care. From the first estimate and proposal to the final cleanup, Brayden and Tracy were professional, polite, and kept us updated on each step of the roofing work. The installation turned out great, and the crew also made sure the fascia matched the rest of the home so everything looked clean and finished. They paid attention to detail, stayed organized, and completed the job smoothly.
