  I chose Streamline Roofing to do my roof 5 years and 4 months ago for $11,000 because I trusted the owner. Now I have a mystery leak over my master bedroom and called to see if they could come look at it. Turns out the workmanship warranty expired 4 months ago, which is understandable; however they will not even come and look at their own work because they no longer "service the Southside". This doesn't surprise me in today's world, but I cannot even get the owner to reply to my messages. Beware to anyone who has had a roof put on by Streamline Roofing or anyone in Williamsburg who chooses Streamline Roofing, that if they decide to no longer service your area you are on your own. It is very sad that local businesses would do this to past customers. I would not recommend them to my family and friends.

As you noted in your review, the five-year workmanship warranty on your roof expired four months ago. While Streamline Roofing no longer operates a Southside division, we continue to honor all active workmanship warranties for our customers in that area. Unfortunately, because your workmanship warranty has expired and the property is outside our current service area, we are unable to provide a service call at this location. We have to apply our warranty and service-area policies consistently to all customers. We understand this was not the answer you were hoping for. We remain committed to standing behind our work and honoring our warranty obligations, including for customers in areas we no longer actively service.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Streamline Roofing Williamsburg. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. Communication was excellent, everyone we dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable, and the crew did an outstanding job. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they took great care of our property throughout the project. Everything was completed as promised, and the cleanup afterward was exceptional—you would hardly know a roofing crew had been there. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in its work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. We are extremely happy with our new roof and the entire experience. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy roofing company.

  We had a great experience with Streamline Roofing from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent, and the project was completed on time. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous, and Ricky was especially great to work with—responsive, accessible, and always willing to answer questions.   We interviewed three companies and chose this small, local firm. The entire team, from the estimator, to the office staff, to the workers on site, has been responsive and professional. A special call out to our site manager, Randy, who fully explained the process. He made sure we knew who was on the property and what we could expect. It was great to see how he worked for his crew and how the crew worked together. In addition, they took care of the property and left everything beautifullly clean and picked up. Highly recommend.
