  I got gutters done a few years back at the recommendation of a family member. All I can say it’s they are worse than the 30 year old gutters I had. First the guy that came admitted he had no experience. Then completely didn’t add gutters on my nook area when I previously had gutters there. Came back, and half assed did them and now it’s done structural damage where it has just been leaking as it wasn’t done correctly. The guy took liberties to change the design and now on heavy rain it DUMPS on my stairs, washing the mortar away. I cannot recommend this company. The owner came out once when we first got them done to correct a “leak” on the half assed portion. Which still leaks. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want your house to be damaged due to poor craftsmanship. It will not let me add a video but I wish I could to show it just destroying my stairs.

  They did bad job, when i called talk to nathan he said will correct that but it’s been over year and no one show up to fix the issue so I decided to do review so no one have same issue with them, not recommended.

Per the signed proposal, our scope of work was to clean your gutters and bend them back as close to straight as possible, as you specifically requested not to replace them. This work was completed as agreed, and the total cost was $400, which we believe is a very reasonable rate for the services provided. While we regret that you’re unhappy with the outcome, we did fulfill the scope of work that was discussed and approved.   Hole in roof from a branch. Roof Masters were very quick to come out and repair it before an impending rain storm. They did a great job!

  Very positive experience. Derrick was very easy to talk with and was able to handle all my issues with ease. He was very thorough with his roof inspection and found things that I wasn't even aware of. Definitely number 1 on my list for roof repair!

  Roof Masters and Derrick, our Repairs Coordinator, did a wonderful job on our roof repairs and gutter work. Derrick was excellent at communicating options and his progress on the work performed. He is a caring person too! You can't go wrong with Roof Masters. It is worth your while to consider them for your roof and gutter work.

  Had a new roof and venting system installed and working fine, but non-clogging gutters - are CLOGGED!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but these guys truly earned it. They did an outstanding job repairing a leak in the middle of my roof at a very fair price. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They tried two different types of shingles to get the best possible match, and the final result blends in beautifully. Professional, honest, and skilled workmanship. Five stars without hesitation, and they will be my first call for any roof repairs in the future.

  I had a roof installed last year and have not really been up until today to blow off leaves. During the process noticed shingles lifting more then expected. Left messages for Nathan, he called me first thing Monday to explain guidelines in nailing in the valleys. Very prompt responses and communications with issues!
