They recently completed a full roof tear-off and installed new shingles on my home, and the whole process went very smoothly. The office team was quick to answer our questions and kept us updated from start to finish. The roofing crew on site was efficient, careful, and very thorough with every part of the job. Even with windy weather, they worked hard to keep the property clean and safe. I was especially impressed that the crew walked the area with magnets to make sure all roofing nails and small debris were picked up. Anthony, one of the team leads, also stopped by during the project to confirm the roof was being installed to manufacturer specifications so the warranty would stay protected. The workmanship, cleanup, and communication were all excellent. It is clear they take pride in their roofing work, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing shingle roof replacement or other roofing services.

Out of all the roofers we contacted for estimates, Simmons Family Roofing was the only one that responded within a day and had a detailed quote ready just a couple of days later. Many other roofing companies took far too long to follow up, …

Our new architectural shingle roof and standing seam metal roof look fantastic. We also had the bay window roof redone with fresh copper, and the new half-round gutters really upgraded the whole exterior. The roof, metal details, and gutter …

After dealing with several leaks in our aging roof, we contacted Simmons Family Roofing for an estimate along with a few other local roofers. They took the time to sit down with us, explain the roofing process in simple terms, and go over the materials, repair methods, and installation techniques they planned to use. geoffrey was very helpful, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood each step before the work started. Once the project got going, the whole crew was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They kept us informed, showed up on time, and handled everything carefully from the tear-off to the final cleanup. With the heat and storms we get around Highland Springs, it was important for us to have a strong, dependable roof, and they delivered exactly that. we are extremely happy with the finished job, and the new roof looks great and gives us real peace of mind. every part of the experience was smooth, honest, and well managed, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
