  Superior Roofing installed our standing seam roof two years ago and it has been leaking in multiple places ever since. They will not return my phone calls or emails. Their “warranty” is meaningless.

  I had my roof replaced by Superior Roofing about 6 weeks ago. I still have a huge pile of trash that was never removed. It turned out that my roof had two layers of shingles, so I understand that there was more trash then originally planned for. However, I paid the extra fee and like a fool, I trusted Superior Roofing to come back and clean up the mess. After heavy rain last weekend, I had a leak from my chimney area. Superior Roofing has done nothing about either of these problems. I chose Superior Roofing for the low price and I will never make that mistake again. DO NOT USE SUPERIOR ROOFING

  Beware beware beware. Quality of work so poor that I have to have another roofing company come out and fix their mistakes. They won't respond to calls or stand by their work. Forget trying to get them to make good on a warranty. Not to mention it took 3 months for them to do the job in which I have to call may times. Horrible experience!

Unfortunately, about (3) weeks ago, there was a worldwide outage and our CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system crashed and we lost all Customer data, to include our contact information, so we've had no way of contacting existing Customers, unless they reached out to us! The company that hosts our CRM has been working diligently to get our system back up and running and recover our lost files. They ran into some issues this week, but have insured us that our system will be back up by the beginning of next week. As you remember, we were in touch with you up until we lost our data, so again we apologize and someone will reach out to you this week and rectify your matter!

  All they do is subcontract other companies and l don't know how they go about paying them but l can tell for my own experience that he Either takes a long time to pay o don't even pay at all! He owns me money from two jobs from last year!

  We contacted them to look at our comercial roof. They never showed! We made two more apointments and they never came! No calls no nothing, just wasted our time!

  If their roofing is anything like their driving I’d say they suck. Superior roofing not superior to everyone else on the road.

  We’ve been calling roofing companies all morning to get a tarp on our roof for the coming snow and not only did Superior Roofing respond, they came out and put a tarp down for free!! Thank you Superior Roofing!

  Had them come out to look at potential roof damage from a fallen branch. Called, emailed, etc after they came out and haven't gotten a response to see if my roof was alright. It was pretty irritating after being told multiple times I'd get a callback

  We saw Superior Roofing at our neighbors house a couple months ago and was amazed at their work and how well they did! We hired them to put our roof on and they did a fantastic job as well- finished in two days!

  We apologize for the inconvenience and experience you had. We implemented a new scheduling and customer contact system and had some failures with the launch. There were not only issues with scheduling and the right staff receiving their appointments, etc., there was a delay with our internal communication system we integrated with the new contact system. Since we came to realize that, we’ve worked diligently to get things operating correctly and we’ve got everything functioning properly now.   After choosing Superior Roofing out of the coupons we got in the mail they came out and gave us a free estimate to replace our roof and give us new gutters. While they were there giving us the estimate the field tech took his time making sure we understood how the job would go if we chose them to replace our roof. Well, after getting several more estimates we decided to hire these guys because of the attention to detail they showed us while giving the estimate. They put our new roof on and put our new gutters up in 2 days! They worked very hard and did a great job! I’ll be a reference anytime for this company!
