I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this company was unacceptable. When I called to request a quote, the person who answered the phone immediately started using profanity. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward someone simply trying to get information. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat paying ones. I will not be doing business with them and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

We have no knowledge of this happening and this is not how we conduct business. Why would we just start immediately using profanity at a potential customer this makes no sense? Are you sure you have the right company? All of your other reviews are based in California. Why would you be requesting a quote from a company in New Jersey if you live in California? Either this is a mistake or a fake review as this never happened….. EDIT: After further investigation this is a SCAMMER in California who sells fake roofing leads & leaves fake reviews to businesses for money. Unfortunately this is the world we live in today and something small business owners have to deal with. Google seriously needs to change their policies on who can leave reviews for businesses…

They put the emphasis on family owned and operated!! You can really tell they’re honest, hard working people who want to give their customers a great experience. No used car salesman vibe, very straight forward and give you a great price and even better quality that really stands out in a competitive business like roofing. After dealing with them I’m glad I used them and feel like they really took care of me.

After a tree branch had damaged my roof Ricci bros came through to review the damaged area and quickly get it repaired. Thrilled with the work they did and will certainly use them again if need be.

The Ricci Brothers Roofing is by far the most elite company for all roofing needs! They have done a phenomenal job repairing an original roof from the late 1950s that was very damaged and “spongy “. This is a family owned business and they …

Ricci roofing is a great company to work with. Mike and Marcus came out for an estimate the same day I called. I have a flat roof on an addition where the wood was crumbling and they took the time to be sure it was all replaced and looking brand new. Mikes attention to detail is phenomenal. He even too the time to paint the pipes coming up through the roof so they matched. I highly recommend them!

We had some damage with the past heavy windstorm recently and our roof was 22 years old. We called Ricci Brothers on a high recommendation and a large company which was also recommended by a friend. Large company gave us an appointment for 6 days when we had exposed plywood. Ricci brothers came out next day and did repairs. No pressure and were very, very helpful! We asked for a quote which we got the next day! Quote was excellent and more than reasonable! We can't say enough great things about Mike, Markus and their entire crew!! In and out and cleaned up in about 7 hours We would give them 10 Stars if we could ! Thanks Guys, great job! Delighted with the final job. Even got compliments from my neighbor on the workers and the materials. The crew showed up early and worked well into the darkness to finish and clean up. I cannot recommend Ricci Bros. enough for the quality of workmanship at a perfectly fair price. Many thanks!

I needed a cap replaced on an old chimney and called Ricci Brothers. Mike supplied me a very fair quote within minutes, got me on the schedule within just a few days, and performed as promised and on schedule. He even provided me with some recommendations to prevent future issues on other parts of my roof. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, I highly recommend Ricci Brothers.

Roof Ventilation: Why It Matters for Your South Jersey Home 🏠 Proper roof ventilation is an important part of a healthy roofing system. Without adequate ventilation, heat and moisture can build up in your attic, potentially contributing to premature shingle deterioration, moisture problems, and higher cooling costs during the summer. A properly designed attic ventilation system typically uses a combination of intake ventilation at the soffits and exhaust ventilation near the roof ridge. This allows fresh air to enter the attic while hot, humid air escapes. For homeowners in South Jersey and the Philadelphia area, proper roof ventilation can be especially important during hot, humid summers and cold winters. If you’re replacing your roof or noticing excessive attic heat, moisture, or roofing problems, it’s worth having your ventilation system evaluated along with the roof. Ricci Brothers Roofing provides professional roof replacement, roofing repairs, and ventilation solutions throughout South Jersey and the Philadelphia area. 📞 Contact us today to schedule a roofing inspection.5 days ago
