Got a decent quote and then things blew up. Completely incompetent office personnel unable to read our address or even repeat it back on the phone. After a week of back and forth to just get someone to pick up a deposit check with the phone lady arguing with someone else in Spanish ( not an issue in itself since it was pretty clear to anyone with any exposure to the language) we bailed out . Not worth the effort. Trying a different roofer tomorrow. They’re really not set up to work efficiently in Philadelphia- give them a miss.

I missed their initial call because my phone sent them to spam and when I called back I was told the associate was busy and would call me back. After four days with no returned call, I called back and was told the job was too small. They said they’d have someone call me who would do the job, that was a week and a half ago and I still haven’t heard back. Unsurprising.

American Construction Roofing, Siding, and Windows replaced my old windows and sliding glass door and were great to work with. Greg came out quickly after reaching out to give me an estimate which was much lower than the other 2 estimates I received. They got the work done much faster than I expected and everything came out perfect. I had such a great experience with them I highly recommend this company.
