  Called for a estimate for a new roof- They said they can’t quote a roof for a house that has sky-lights. I asked them how they knew I had sky lights? Their response was, “ I looked on google”. If you cant even touch a home with skylights, what does that say? Weak

  Quality Roofing is unprofessional, does poor work and does not respond to customer issues! I would never recommend them to anyone! We had our roof done by Quality Roofing 5 years ago and over few recent months have had a significant leak. Well, the leak finally made it to the inside of the house. When originally contacted about the issue, they did not want to take any responsibility, did not want to look at the issue and were not interested in helping address the problem. They did the replacement roof work! After being completely rude on the phone to me, Mark agreed to come out at look at it. They threw some caulk around the corner edges of the siding of the second floor that hits the garage roof and said that it wasn't their problem. That it was a siding issue. After having three other roofing companies look at the issue, very professionally, we were told that there was no step flashing on the front and rear slopes of the roof over the garage and there was no water shield membrane. Also, there was no pan flashing at the roof over the front porch. Roofing 101 I'm told. It was clear once several shingles were removed. Any old step flashing that was there was the original step flashing from the original roof from the 1960s. This was confirmed from all three other roofers. When confronted with the issue, they said that every shingle was step flashed, which it wasn't. After I contacted them to let them know what I had been told and saw myself, Mark said there was nothing he could see and that it wasn't a roofing issue. He said there was step flashing and that every shingle was step flashed. Which it wasn't. I requested that they come out again and look at it again, and never got a response. After contacting them several times. Their work was poor, and their customer service was horrible. And I'm out $1,500 to get the issue fixed by a reputable company that knows Roofing 101.

  Horrible I hate some of the workers they follow people the wrong way in they don't care what happens to u even when u do nothing wrong

  Quality Roofing did an excellent job. Arrived as planned and finished their work in a timely manner. Workmen were pleasant and cleaned up all debris as promised. Many of our Barclay neighbors have trusted their work in our neighborhood.

  Good job done replacing a gutter and downspout on our house. Was a smaller job but they were responsive and didn’t have to wait too long for the work to be done. Would use again.

  Fantastic roofing company. I highly recommend as they take their time and their work is perfect. If you want a solid roof that will last years, go with them. They hand nail every single shingle.

  Quality Roofing and Siding Company is a well known company I am very pleased with who redone my roof. They were referred to me by previous customers that were very happy with the work they had done. In the future I am having Siding and windows to be done . They will be the company that will perform the work. They are clean , courteous, knowledgeable and professional about their work . I would refer them to any one I know.

  The Company "Quality Roofing and Siding Company" installed shingled roofs on my home and my daughters Bill recommended shingle colors for both homes. The color in the shingles enhances the homes appearance and aesthetics. I felt Bill and his team ( Mark and Larry ) were professional in their trade and gave my daughter and I a quality job. The project was completed as schedule as weather permitted. The Company is dependable, and honest. Mark kept me informed as the projects progressed and gave me a time line on completion. I would recommend Quality Roofing and Siding Company. Tom Nardi
