  Very nice and professional. Free estimate, but outrageous prices. Quoted for a repair that is almost the same price as new gutters. Edit: After posting this, we got another call from them talking about the price. Which means they were trying to get ahold of the person who commented. I find that as a positive that they stride to fix issues customers bring up. They told us they would re-do the quote and get back to us. They never did. I understand how expensive things are, but having jobs be a minimum of $1,000+ is unrealistic. I managed to get it fixed for $400. I would have loved to get a decently price quote, see how they work, and have them come back for a much bigger job. I don't understand the statement of not repairing and only replacing them by the owner. To be fair, I double checked their site and it does not say anything about repairing like the owner states. However, why offer your services when I called? I stated that I had storm damaged and would like them to come out for a quote which they agreed. On their site it does talk about storm damage. Which can be very misleading. Based off of this information I would assume they only do new houses, full replacements, and insurance claims. I did a bit of research and found a lot of good reviews on this company but unfortunately I was disappointed. I hope your experience is much better.

  Will, I am glad to know the sales experience was nice and professional. However we don't repair gutters for this reason and I am not seeing a request for one under the name Will anywhere in NJ in our system.   From Fabian to Ashlea and the installation team, the service provided was simply amazing! We met with Fabian several times to discuss our preferences and vision for board and batten siding. He was very patient and provided renderings... there were many... promptly and captured all that we envisioned. At no time was there pressure selling. Such a breath of fresh air! In comes Ashlea who kept in contact with us at each stage. We had many questions about the status and with each inquiry she responded swiftly with an update. Incredible customer service. She was terrific!! Finally Luis and his installation team were on time and were stealth in that they didn't use our bathrooms nor did they seem to take a break. They worked for 11 hours on the first day. They set up and then cleaned up as though this was their home. The transformation was phenomenal and neighbors who walked by to this day are still complimenting the work that was done by your team. We came across your company when we needed flashing repaired on our home after a storm. We were so impressed with the workmanship, we asked for a quote on the siding. After collecting many quotes from other companies, we picked Greenawalt bc of our initial remarkable experience. Thank you Greenawalt for your excellence in workmanship, customer satisfaction and sales. You hit a grand slam and we will forever be your greatest advertiser!!

  I can't say enough about our experience with Greenawalt Roofing! It started with Anthony who was knowledgeable and personable. He spoke with us like he had known us for years and told us everything that was wrong in details we could understand! The crew did an amazing job on our roof working all day from morning till night without missing a single thing and even put our Easter decorations back out! I also have to mention Ashlea who was very helpful and kept in close contact with us the entire process and even sent us pictures of the progress and issues that arose along the way. I would definitely recommend them!
