I hired him to replace the roof and fix the leaking problem. The leaking problem was not fixed. I called him. He did not answer my call. More, he later sent me a letter saying that I owned him $2000 and "Come up with the money... Then I'll …

Im Reading the above Lie with disbelief ! Ill try to address all of the above LIES in a brief response all though I could take hours to do so. First off for time frame reference I did this job a few years ago.At the time he had 4 layers of shingles on his roof.I didn’t realized that until we got into the job.I told him that I wouldn’t charge him anything extra for all the additional labor needed to remove the debris. However I did need to call for 2 additional 20 yd. dumpsters to handle and removal of the debris and that there would be an extra charge for the dumpsters. The dumpster company charged me a $1,000 for 2 - 20 yard dumpsters. When the job was complete and it was time to get paid he said he didn’t want to pay for the additional dumpsters. I recalled the old adage no good deed goes unpublished. We removed the existing 2 extra layers for free.It was against code and dangerously heavy to the roofs framing. To do the job correctly this needed to be done.I bit my tongue and received the final payment a $1,000 dollars short, disgusted at the cheapness and lack of gratitude that this ungrateful person showed. To address the other issues we were very, very, Carefull with the surrounding plants doing the removal. His above statement is a lie.My gutter crew is outstanding and does excellent work, never a problem or complaint. He had the audacity and lack of any kind of awareness,to call me and complain about some silly gutter adjustment that he wanted to be made. He cheats me out of money after I do alot of free work for him, then writes a bitter lie riddled review 4 years later

I obtained this contractor from Angie's List who allegedly vets their contractors so you don't have to. He installed (7) Pella windows which he ordered from Lowe's. To date (4) of the windows have failed according to Pella due to installation problems, which IS NOT covered. In fact, upon removing the the trim from one of the windows you can see directly outside! Angie's List referred me back to this contractor which absolutely will not happen!! It looks like he's now doing roofing and discrediting anyone who posts a negative review, all I can say is find someone else to do your work. You've been warned. There is nothing phony about this review! AND 5 years ago when you were doing windows instead of scamming seniors in 55 and older developments with roofs you screwed up my windows, which is costing me dearly to undo what you did. So keep lying.

This is a fake review ! I have no idea who this person is ! I’m not on Angies List and haven’t been for 5 years ! I dont do windows and never have ! This is a Phony review meant to discredit my reputation and harm my company. We have never done a job where we haven’t received a 5 star review.
