  Be aware!!! We hired Revive to address roofing issues for our HOA, and the experience has been a $76,000 disaster. An elderly woman who had just taken over our HOA board trusted this company’s professional expertise. Instead of providing a viable solution, Revive sold us a membrane/coating to put over a roof that previous quotes had already confirmed was in terrible condition. They applied a fourth layer of roofing material to a failing structure and promised a 15-year warranty on the product. Unsurprisingly, the roof continues to leak. When we contacted Revive to honor the warranty, their excuse was: "The product didn't fail; you just had a bad roof." That defense is completely unacceptable from a professional roofing contractor. If the roof was too degraded to support this membrane, why did Revive inspect it, recommend this specific solution, and take $76,000 from an elderly woman to install it? A reputable, ethical contractor would have refused to apply a fourth layer over a dead roof. Instead, they took the money, applied a band-aid to a doomed roof, and are now using the roof's pre-existing poor condition as a loophole to avoid their warranty. Beware of their sales tactics and empty promises. I will be filing a report with the better Business bureau as well.

  Revive Exteriors was recommended by a friend, and now we understand why. This was hands-down our best contractor experience. Chayson and his team gave us a competitive quote, kept us updated at every stage, and built us a beautiful sunroom that turned out even better than we pictured. The knotty pine ceiling is a standout feature, and the mini split they installed has kept the room cool and comfortable even in 95° heat. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and obviously took pride in the work. If you’re considering a sunroom or other outdoor living space enhancement, Revive Exteriors would be a great choice.

  My dealings with Revive Exteriors was one of the best contractor experiences I have had. They arrived on time for their presentation and offered a bid competitive with others I received. They arrived on date and on time for the work, completed the roof in one day and did a walk around to be sure I was satisfied. Their cleanup was excellent, they left no evidence they were there except for the new roof. They promptly sent a copy of the manufacturer's shingle warranty. I give Revive Exteriors a 5 star rating

  We’ve used Revive twice for different projects. We worked with Chan in 2025 for our roof replacement through insurance - a breeze! Recently, I worked with Chayson for some exterior wood replacement and painting. The clear communication, advocating on our behalf, and expertise made the process very simple.   Chayson and his team at Revive were fantastic to work with! An unfortunate shower pan leak + asbestos in our ceiling led us to renovate our entire primary bathroom. Insurance didn’t help at all so we were left scrambling to find a renovation company to finish this project by Thanksgiving. After receiving quotes from 10 different companies, we decided to work with Revive because of the professionalism and honesty. So happy we went with Revive. Our bathroom turned out beautifully! Highly recommend and we’ll be using them for future projects!

  I’ve had such a great experience with Chan from Revive Exteriors. He’s a person of integrity and that is so rare to find these days! He’s also tremendously kind. He did a roof inspection for us and it helped my family to buy the home that was perfect for us when other contractors were so focused on getting over on us and replacing a roof that didn’t need to be replaced.
