  I had higher expectations based on what was discussed initially, but the actual experience did not match that. The project felt rushed, and at times it seemed like the focus was on finishing quickly rather than doing quality work. There were also issues with communication. I often didn’t know what stage the project was at, and getting updates required multiple follow-ups. This made the process more stressful than it needed to be. After completion, I noticed a few areas that didn’t look properly done. While the roof may seem fine at a glance, a closer look reveals several imperfections. Considering the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail and overall professionalism

  I first reached out to Revival Roofing over a year ago and connected with Brandon Pillow. When it came time to move forward with doing our roof I reached back out to Brandon. The crew came out and worked efficiently to get the job done within 1 day. Brandon’s customer service has been unmatched and I would highly recommend him and his crew!

  I give Revival Roofing Services the highest accolades for a job well done. The price was right and the finished product was absolutely amazing.   Had a great experience with a roof repair lead by Brandon. He was out for an estimate within two days of me calling Revival and had a repair scheduled for Monday the next week. The process was easy and the team did great work. Would recommend!

  Great company. Brandon showed up for the bid, had great suggestions, had the bid turned around quickly and work started the next day. Crew did an excellent job on the roof and really did a nice job of cleaning up the work area. Would send to my mother’s house.

  Top notch work! Brandon and Revival Roofing came through for our building in downtown Memphis. Very professional and high quality business. I was impressed how they quickly and accurately assessed the damage we had, while communicating efficiently. The quote was reasonable and had excellent photos of the damages for our records. Then they executed perfectly the following day to prevent further damage from incoming storms that were expected 24 hours later. Afterwards they provided excellent photos of the fixes we needed to complement the ones they took of the damages. This was exactly what we needed. Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be calling you again. Highly recommend
