My name is John Culley, not Nine Mile Canal Owners. However, I do live in Nine Mile Falls, WA. I just want to say how pleased I am with Restoration Roofing! From the beginning when Marc H. did our estimate and comprehensive follow-up, to the installation by the crew and the AMAZING foreWOMAN, Stevi. They were so accommodating, professional, and an absolute joy to work with! Trust me, I know, thinking about a new roof is a stressful time, especially when you start to see the quotes. Their attention to detail was paramount! The roof looks amazing, and they are "top shelf" in my book. The pricing was good, and since I'm a veteran, they even helped me out on that. I could not be any happier! Thank you, Restoration Roofing!

John, thank you so much for this review. It really means a lot to me personally. I especially appreciate you taking the time to call out Marc and Stevi by name. I have complete confidence in our team and in the way they take care of people, so I absolutely believe they gave you the experience you described. But there’s something really rewarding about hearing it directly from a homeowner and knowing that the things we value as a company are being noticed and felt on the other side. Marc does a great job making sure homeowners are informed and taken care of from the very beginning, and Stevi brings so much professionalism and attention to detail to every job she leads. Hearing you recognize both of them, and the crew as a whole, is awesome. We know a roof is a big investment and can come with a lot of stress, so I’m really glad our team made the process a positive one for you. Thank you as well for your service, John, and thank you for trusting Restoration Roofing with your home. We truly appreciate you.

After getting to know the owners and leadership of Restoration Roofing, it’s clear they’ve built a culture of excellence that far exceeds the competition. They are values-driven, fairly priced, and never compromise on quality. As someone with very high standards, I would have a hard time recommending anyone else to my family or friends. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Restoration Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. They inspected my roofs and found evidence of wind damage from March 2026. They provided me with a bid with a variety of options. My insurance company agreed as to the damage incurred and required no further bids to replace the roofs due to their experience with the quality of the work done and the reasonable bid provided by Restoration Roofing. The sales representative and work crews were great to work with. I could not recommend them more highly. Five +++ rating.

Hi Dan, Thanks for the detail in your review! All those little things that the team does makes a big difference in the long-run when it comes to extending the life of your roof. Way to get ahead of the much bigger cost of replacement. We're happy to do those as well but love helping people like yourself save money in the long run through rejuvenation and maintenance!

Thank you for giving my aging roof life. The photos were helpful in making my decision. I am sure you saved me some cost my repairs and a roof replacement had I continued to ignore my roof.

  Reply from the business

Hi Mary, You made a wise choice. Maintenance is always less costly in the long run... We love helping people put new roofs on but when we can help people like yourself keep them on longer, it's very rewarding for us as well. Thank you for the opportunity!
