  Wish I could give them zero stars. They did a roof for us in 2023. They failed the inspection with the city and never came back to fix the problems to close out the permit. We had to get another company to come and fix their literally rotten work that is less than three years old. We have attempted to contact them many times the last three years-- no one responds, numbers are disconnected, or the person no longer works for the company. Hopefully this company no longer exists because they are trash. If they do exist and you happen to get in touch with them, don't use them.

  FYI: While picking out materials, we were told we would be given a discount if we left a 5 star google review during the meeting. We did so to receive the discount knowing we could update our review if we needed. We are having such a frustrating experience with this company. They called to tell me the date our siding project would start and then no one showed up on that date or the several days after. I tried to get information out of the company about the delay but no one could tell me what was happening. The crew ended up showing up 10 days later and started the project. They worked for 4 days and then never came back to finish the job. It's been two weeks since they stopped working and I have contacted the company several times to get information about if and when they will be finishing the project. Again, I am getting zero information from them.

  Rick at Restoration Builders was amazing to work with. There was never a time in the process I didn't know what was going on. He handled everything to do with my insurance and made the entire process stress free. I would recommend Restoration Builders to my family, friends and neighbors.

  Josh Pellinger and Jamie Klein were very supportive through the whole re-roof process. Roofing team was professional and responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend to any home owner looking for roof replacement.

  George was wonderful. He and Restoration Builders came back when they said they would. They did a thorough inspection and gave me an honest and thorough debrief of their findings. Thankfully I don’t have damage and don’t need to file a claim. My neighbors have been convinced to file claims without damage. It is refreshing to find such an honest and professional service. I highly recommend these guys.

  Our house had suffered significant hail damage(siding, gutters, window wraps, and roof). Restoration Builders of MN made the replacement process as painless as possible for us. They battled it out with our insurance company and got them to cover the majority of the repairs (we opted for some upgrades that we knew would not be covered). Rick Vining was the associate we worked with and he was fantastic-was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We absolutely adore our "new" old home and are constantly getting compliments from folks in our neighborhood.

  Brian knows his job and does it well. He explains things thoroughly, very friendly and answered my questions. He was on time for appointments and called or texted to let me know of any appointment changes. Keith worked well with my adjuster. Both are assets to your company.
