  Trim and paint. These people are typical contractors. No character or morals. They distort the truth and hang together. More like thieves than business people. Their so called craftsman’s are mostly transient individuals. They say they can do but really don’t have the skill. Beware!!! Do not use these people. You’ll pay them and the job will never get done to your satisfaction.

  Company has been to my house several times and I still have leaky gutters. They leak at every corner, etc. I never expected brand new gutters to leak from day one. There's a light shower right now and they're leaking on the NW corner, NE corner and along the front of the house.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They preached of their communication, and keeping the homeowner in the loop...it does NOT happen! Our claim got stuck between NRC and our insurance company, and no one at NRC followed up. After not hearing from anyone for MONTHS, I (the homeowner) followed up with insurance company to get the claim moving again. Not one person at NRC ever reached out to the insurance for follow-up when the claim stopped moving, and not one person EVER called us to notify us of the status. The storm was in July, new roof was installed 11/5/20, and here we are in March 2021, and I am still waiting for a refund, which they are shorting us on. They received a second check for siding ($900), that they aren't refunding to us even though they didn't do any siding work. Funny, they told me on 12/15 they lost our entire file, including the contract for the roof (which I had to send them a copy of for THEIR file), but now they are claiming they don't owe us anything more than $150 since the amount they received for siding was included in an addendum, which they forgot to show us and have us sign a month prior because they lost the file. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR WORK!!!! You might as well fix your own roof.

  Work excellent until siding keeps unsnapping.also paid in full may have to send Legal representation NRC saying i still owe them. Have all receipts /again paid in full. However they are trying to scam us saying we didn't pay!!!!# Be Careful!!! Also took fence apart and just left it did not reconnect fencing.

  I usually don’t post reviews but in this case I must. Restoration Builders completed a garage project for us today. They installed a plywood ceiling and a pulldown stairway. Todd and Tony did a very excellent job. Their work was precise. They always asked if we were satisfied with what they were doing. Additionally, both have very positive and pleasant personalities . We truly enjoyed interacting with them .The finished job is such an improvement to our home. We gained a lot of attic space which had not before been utilized. We were able to clean up the clutter in the garage itself which now looks so much better and is now much better organized. Again, a big “thank you” to Todd and Tony.   Lead carpenter, Mike Caldwell and assistant lead Craig Nelson built my patio and it turned out really nice and very very sturdy. They were very polite and very informative when I would ask them questions. Definitely recommend them!!

  I recently had Restoration Builders install a new roof and boy was I impressed! Fred Blanchard came out on a Monday afternoon, the same day I called. By the following Tuesday the team was already onsite and the job was done in a single day. It looks amazing and you can tell it was a solid, professional job. From start to finish I was kept in the loop communication wise which is always appreciated. I am very happy with the project and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to the whole team at Restoration Builders!
