  Complete waste of time! I had them do my roof on my home a couple years ago, so when I purchased a building that needed a roof I called them. Came out for estimate, told me they would be right back in contact with me… will months later and after multiple attempts of me contacting them still no response! Don’t waste your time !

  I should have given a #1! Because this company did a poor job on my roof June 2022 which caused thousands of dollars of damages to my home. Water damage was caused to the inside of my house due to inefficient workmanship. Which was very unprofessional. Please consider who you choose to work on your home because it can backfire as it has to me! I’m appalled at the service.

  Hey Pizza--this is not our best work. Even though we have been to your home 4 times, this leak seems more complicated than a simple fix. We came back out earlier this month to fix and it has seemed to work. Please reach out to me directly if it happens again. Your roof is under warranty for 10 years. I will personally do everything in my power to fix it. -Ben

  Well, the rep came to my home location after I called!! I live in one of the areas that got hit hard by the recent but yet very harsh hail storm!! Anyway, they came out, did their inspection(s), presented their findings-very professionally, and promised me everything up to and including being present for the roof inspection by the insurance adjustor. When that time came all I got was the run around, and excuses as to why they weren't going to show up but insisted that I use them once a claim goes through!! Yeah RIGHT!! Anyway, I'm just glad I've learned to take precautions from Silver tongue reps and had a plan B!! Thanks Roof Tiger, thanks for nothing!!

  Hey Pete, I'd like to clarify for people reading this what happened from our vantage point. We came to your house and talked to you while another employee someone took drone pics. While checking the pictures, Pete never cared to ask for our opinion but instead was telling us to do some random stuff. Not really asking but more telling us when we would do (hey man I’m gonna give you a bucket of paint and have you paint that chimney flashing to match the siding). He texted us about 3 days after to say when the adjuster was coming and we told him we were already booked at that time but to keep us posted (adjuster didn’t ask that we be there). This is not a necessary step to be present for the inspection, but more of a precaution to protect the homeowner from insurance companies not holding to the insurance contract. Ultimately, we wanted to help but it was very difficult considering Pete's attitude. We have helped hundreds of clients and will continue to do so. I then reached out to Pete after seeing this review privately but received no response after a few days. I feel I have no choice but to post this response even though I don't like to. Again, if you'd like to talk privately and allow me to help in any way I can--I am willing. Insurance companies give 1 year past the storm to get the damage resolved. If something went wrong during inspection, it can be rectified. -Ben

  The Roof Tiger team replaced all our old gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia. Price was reasonable and competative with other roofing and gutter companies. The Roof Tiger team was very professional and did an great job. The new gutters, downspouts, and soffits all look amazing. What a huge difference Roof Tiger made to our house.
