We had significant water damage that required new wood on half of our home and it was installed flawlessly.   Karen, we are very sorry you feel this way, but we were told by your father he was handling all communications and not to even speak with you, never had a phone number for you and never had a text from you, so this made some of these issues you mentioned very tough to avoid! Please let us know if the grass has not grown back and we will gladly pay for those repairs!

  Extremely dissatisfied with this company would not recommend them to anyone they will lie straight to your face time and time again I can assure you you will not get what you pay for best advice here is to run away from River City as fast as you can

  Had the misfortune of being behind two River City employees in the drive thru today. They were disrespectful, incompetent, and caused delays for everyone else during the lunch rush. When employees are wearing company t-shirts, they should be representing that company well, not making everything harder for the people around them

  fails to comply with OSHA regulations, workers do not practice safety measures. Ron Warren the sales person, brought his 10 yr old son to a home for inspection and son was on the rooftop without harness or any other safety gear or pp gear! simply a lawsuit waiting to happen!! #comingsoon

  Had shingles falling off in several places after several days. Apparently the installers forgot to put up flashing. Also did not replace the flashing around my chimney, or to paint the stack. Took multiple employees, and several trips to my house before the job was complete. On one of the trips back to correct the many issues they left my gate open and my dog got out. Spoke many times with the owner's wife before I could actually speak with the owner. I would not recommend. 12/23 update. I rec a Christmas card from river city asking for reviews.

  My experience was great from start to finish. I called to get a hail inspection and Brandon did an exceptional job in inspecting my roof and explaining to me everything that he found. He was a great help with my insurance to get it replaced. The install went smooth and they did a great job cleaning up after. I will use river city roofing again in the future. The roof looks amazing. If you call definitely ask for Brandon.

  My entire experience with River City Roofing was great. In just a little over 3 weeks, we went from initial inspection, to a complete roof replacement. The installation team did a great job. They removed the old roof and installed the new roof within one day. Ryan in particular has been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable. I’ve texted him many times with different questions and concerns throughout the process and he always responded in a timely manner with an answer. Our new roof turned out great and we rest a little easier knowing we have a 25 year material and workmanship warranty on our new roof (GAF complete roofing system). I highly recommend River City Roofing to anyone needing assistance with a roof replacement.

  In 2019 I had River City Roofing replace my old roof and they did an excellent job! In Spring 2026, after a severe Thunderstorm one of my shingles blew off. This displaced shingle happened in the area of my roof which was expected where my previous roof leaked. Within, 48 hours they had a technician come to my house to assess the matter and that day reattached the shingle to my office. This is really impressive because some companies think some jobs are too small for them. Not River City Roofing!. Thank you for the great customer service.
