Would not personally recommend to request service from this company. Representative came to residence and did not complete a full inspection and attempted to gain contract signature without providing any estimate of cost. Provided an estimate of 8 hours verbally then proceeded to send documentation of "$300.00" with labor cost and materials as "To be determined", along with requesting signature to move forward with repairs without transparently providing cost. Their policy does not warranty quality of work, along with typos within their disclaimers written within "quote" documentation. Company did not respond to date to contact attempts to review correction of their employees inability to properly inspect and/or provide appropriate cost estimate.

We should have told you about our policy on homes built before 1970 during the on-site visit, and it's unacceptable that you only learned this after a week. That policy exists because older houses often require different materials and structural work, but we should have been transparent up front.   I wish I could provide a five star review however negative stars is all they have earned. I was forced to remove my two prior reviews by coercion, which is illegal. I was not alone. I saw other reviews from people in similar situations that were removed because they called and stated they would not help until the review was removed. This is illegal. My in laws waited months to hear back from Messing, who took their insurance check and cashed it the next day after the initial visit. Ended up putting a roof on 3 months later and did not pick up a single nail they flung into the yard. Everyone wants to get a new roof on Halloween. April and still finding nails. Multiple tire repairs later and months of waiting for a new roof I would never recommend this company. I am glad others have had good experiences we are not one of them. Do not take for granted that you do not see negative reviews, that is by their own practice an illegal actions. Btw my in laws are still paying them on something that should have been covered by insurance as it was due to storm damage.

  Guy in messing roofing truck was swerving all over the road, flipped us the bird when we passed him? Could be good at roofing I guess but terrible and rude drivers.

  Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. The worst, unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. But don’t worry after they finally fix your Gutters (Sort of, after an entire year) half of their staff will be texting, emailing, and calling you every day to collect the payment.

  They came out to assess the roof and said they will give an estimate through an email later that afternoon. Sent them an email Saturday afternoon, so they would have it on Monday. They called Monday to ask if I had gotten the quote email yet and I told them no. Said he'd look into it. Called Tuesday and left a message and they never responded. Called Reny Brothers Roofing and they came out and fixed my roof today for a very good price. Recommend Reny Brothers, not messing.

  Messing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They were the only company who looked in my attic for leaks during inspection, which was appreciated. Jeff and the crew were wonderful to work with. Everyone was very thorough and responsive to all of my questions. The crew worked from light to dark to finish the roof in one day just leaving the chimney to be painted the next day. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who did the painting because he was amazing was well.

  Jeff and his crew did a great job on replacing the hail-damaged shingles on my roof . . The crew showed up early and had it completed by 4pm in the afternoon. . They also did a great job cleaning everything up . . So glad I had Messing handle my roof and would definitely recommend to my family, friends and neighbors
