I never thought I could be excited over a roof but WE NOW HAVE THE BEST LOOKING ROOF on our street! David was very conscientious in all aspects of the process, from explaining the product recommendations right down to personally picking up loose nails from our yard up until dusk on a Friday night after the job was done! He's trustworthy, reliable, hands-on and has an excellent product. I could not ask for more!

Resilience Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. David was especially helpful, walking us through every step of the process, answering all our questions, and making everything feel easy and stress‑free. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear, and the whole team was professional. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I went through 6-7 contractors and roofing companies before I finally found David at Resilience Roofing. David was the only contractor who came prepared with a binder that had Resilience’s licenses and insurance information, certifications, images of examples of their work, etc. David was prompt and responsive to every text, which eased my mind throughout the process. My roof required a lot of work and the Resilience team was professional and efficient. We have had our share of bad contractors so I can’t express enough how grateful we were to find an honest company that did things the right way.

Excellent experience working with David. Was told we needed a new roof so called for quote. David assured us the roof was in great condition with many years left, a few loose shingles on a dormer and a bit of sealing were all that needed to be done. He fixed it on the spot for an extremely reasonable rate. I highly recommend Resilience Roofing…. David did great work, showed great character and was extremely pleasant.

Resilience roofing was so great! They were so quick to come help after the ice storm knocked down our gutters. They are very professional and will definitely use them again in the future.

This Concord homeowner had us out to provide an estimate for the roof replacement earlier this year. Upon our inspection of the roof, we discovered some storm damage and educated them on the insurance coverage process. Although hesitant at first, once we provided detailed photos and information they felt comfortable moving forward with us and the insurance claim. Final outcome, brand new UPGRADED roof for the cost of their deductible instead of paying $20,000 out of pocket! Now this isn’t always the case but it pays to work with a company that’s honest and EDUCATES you on what the best options are for your unique situation.
