  Was quoted something like $3995 to fix a microscopic leak that occurs every now and then. Simply needs to be tarred around the chimney. Yes, they were correct in stating the new roof was incorrectly installed over existing roof by house flippers. Said flashing around dormer was not done properly. Perhaps... I don't know. And that after new flashing was out jn would have to put in new roof on that part. All of this for a microscopic leak thst I showed them. I think it is extremely predatory and a total money grab. Id just as well get sn entire new roof. Not cool dudes. Not cool. Hustlers imo.

  I can understand the reaction. Things are definitely getting expensive. With inflation the way it is and our suppliers raising some materials on us almost every month these days it is hard to keep up. Then there is the supply chain issue where some jobs are taking 10x longer to finish. I can assure you however that your repair is not a small repair. In your original phone call you spoke of 3 different leaks. Our repair quote is replacing a whole section of your roof. This is actually pretty extensive. Could we just seal up the holes…we could try but as you said your roof was installed incorrectly by a house flipper and we have to warranty the repairs we do. We can’t just do a cheap patch job, we have to do a thorough repair. So we are left with 2 choices. 1. Quote you for the work you really need and will ensure there is no leak for the life of your existing roof or 2. Do a quick repair (for a much cheaper price) that has no guarantee and would have you calling us back in just a few months and expressing your frustration through a bad review because our repair didn’t hold. It seems that both choices end with a bad review from you, so we are happy we gave you a fair quote for a quality job instead of temporarily keeping you happy with a cheap quote. We will continue to do so for all our clients and when they actually choose us to get the work done, we know they will have gotten a quality job. Lastly, it would seem that you need to be a bit more fair to local businesses during this challenging economy. Your review history is all 1 star reviews of companies in the last year.

  Repair it Roofing was great from start to finish. In a few days after I called they had an Inspector at my home to access the damage. I picked out the color shingles I wanted and now I have a beautiful new professionally installed roof on my detached garage. The workers did an excellent job and they were very hardworking and knowledgeable. Also the ladies in the office were the best. Whenever I called they were there to help me with any questions or concerns that I had. I’m so grateful and happy to Repair it Roofing for all my roofing needs. I recommend this company highly and you won’t be disappointed if you use them!

  I live out of state and received a quote from my property manager that was $2,700 higher than the quote I received from Repair It Roofing. Not only that but the parapet wall was needing work once the roof was removed and they did that work for 6k less than another quote I received. They did it timely, sent pictures, and were communicative throughout the process. Greatly appreciate the work and would highly recommend.
