Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful crew. Today, members of this company's roofing team decided to use the private entryway and stones directly in front of the door to my residence as a lunch/break area. When I pulled into my driveway, the crew stared blankly at me and refused to move or disperse so I could safely park and enter my home. I initially thought something had happened because one of the workers was laying down with his arm over his face, but then when I paused and looked they were all chatting casually. Another was eating takeout. Worse, the worker remained laid out flat on the ground for well over an hour, shoes kicked off, chatting away on his cell, forcing the USPS postal worker to step over and around him just to deliver the mail. Total lack of situational awareness, safety protocol, and basic courtesy. Property managers and HOAs should beware of hiring a company that allows its employees to loiter on private resident property and block federal mail carriers. This occurred today 5/14/26 at Villas at Biagio condominiums in Chandler. They had an unmarked vehicle but wore shirts with this company name, at least the worker who was laying down did.

They must have no idea what they are doing when they take over 6 months to work on a roof doing who knows what. Not sure why they have to keep making “improvements”.

Called to schedule an estimate and was greeted by an AI scheduler. Scheduled for 10/15 at 4 pm, or so it seemed. Got spammed on my phone and email for an appointment 10/13 at 1 pm, a time and date a roundly rejected. If this is what I …

We purchased a home that had an existing Renco warranty. We contacted them due to an issue with a small water accumulation on the front ledge of our flat roof. The guy that came out was great ... he went right up to the roof, saw the issue, and talked to me about the shape of the roof as a whole. I was told a few days later that the issue with our roof is not under warranty because it involves the fascia being improperly installed. To them, the fascia and the roof are two different issues. To me, it was an excuse not fix the problem. I called another roofing company who came out and fixed the issue in less than two hours. Unfortunately, I had to pay for it but at least it got fixed. Renco is a big company and they act like it. Very disappointed in my experience with them.

They were hired to do roofing work by my rental agency and turned off the A/C to my condo and didn’t bother to turn it back on before they left. Luckily it was a quick and easy fix by another vendor but extremely inconsiderate on their part, especially in the middle of August in Phoenix.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the A/C being left off, Kylah. This isn’t the standard we strive for. We appreciate your feedback and will work to prevent this in the future. Thank you for letting us know.

Trey is great! He is highly responsive, communicates clearly, and offers very fair pricing. I had a small leak on a newer roof that other contractors might have over-diagnosed, but Trey quickly identified the exact issue and patched it perfectly. Highly recommend his services!

I worked with Tanner on a yearly maintenance and inspection plan for my association, Scottsdale Heights, in Scottsdale. From start to finish, the process was great. From reaching out for a proposal to completing the project and answering all of the Board's questions following the inspections, Tanner was awesome to work with.

I had an outstanding experience working with Tanner Marcos from Renco Roofing From start to finish, he Is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Tanner took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. The project was completed on time and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. Tanner went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right — and it shows. The roof looks fantastic and I feel confident in the durability of the work. It’s not every day you find someone as honest, reliable, and customer-focused as Tanner. I highly recommend him and Renco Roofing for any roofing needs. Truly a five-star experience!
