  Unacceptable, Remedy lacks transparency and I will not be referring anyone to their services. I am so disappointed. I’ve asked someone to call me to but no has the time to call me.

  The person I worked with during the process was friendly and knowledgeable but I wasn’t pleased with the roofers they chose to do the job. Because of this I wished I had chosen a local company.

  They promised to get it done in a day, my back neighbor has a way bigger house and it was done in a day. For us they cut the crew in 1/2 and it took 2 days. Last day worked from 7 am - 9 pm. The second day was extremely windy and the guy supposed to be supervising the crew, Kolton didn’t do anything to avoid garbage from flying all over, then he’d disappear and hubby found him at the golf course. He had a car rental so he wasn’t just practicing. Our plants got damaged, our new back patio cement stamping got stained with tar. The large foundation exposed area we had it painted had black tar all over it as well. When we confronted Ted Preston about Kolton he said he gave permission to him to go play golf ???? Meanwhile we are picking up garbage because our neighbors kept complaining.

  Blayne and Remedy Roofing did an excellent job on my new roof and gutters. Blayne walked me through the insurance process and helped me submit my claim. When it was time for our install, the crew did an awesome job getting both roof and gutters up in a timely manner and afterwards I was impressed with their cleanup. They left my yard free of debris and as if they hadn’t even been there. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

  Everything was handled in our home. We saw window examples and the functionality of each. Pricing was explained in detail. The crew was very careful to cover our furniture and clean up afterwards. They were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

  I had Remedy Roofing do some work on my roof after I noticed some shingles were missing. Mr. Yaumel came to inspect the roof and provided an estimate for the repair. Their crew showed up the next day and took care of the repair, and I am super pleased with the professional job they did. Thanks, Remedy Roofing, for an excellent job.
