  This man’s behavior was fishy, and his work was even more fishy. He seemed greedy from the start. He demanded cash only. When I tried to pay by check under his company name (Remarkable Roofing), he refused and insisted it be written in his personal name. He inspected my roof and clearly told me that replacement was NOT required and that patching and coating would fix the problem. He strongly promised to use branded products. Instead, he brought cheap, unbranded chemicals and applied them to my roof. Those cheap chemicals washed off with AC water and after just ONE rain, the entire coating came off. The roof started leaking again. He had given me a guarantee, but when it leaked and he came to inspect it, he demanded MORE money instead of fixing his mistake. On top of that, he blamed me, saying I didn’t have enough money to replace the roof — even though HE was the one who originally said replacement was not needed.

  Nimesh & Devanshi Patel. None of this is true. Stop acting like you’re in charge of the building or the finances Mukesh Patel is. He hired me we talked about everything that needs to be done. Mukesh gave you an inch you took a mile thinking you’re in charge because he wasn’t around he went to India and let you Hand Me the check. And inspect the roof once we were done. YOU ARE NOT A OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ME MUKESH HAVE GOING ON. AS I JUST SPOKE TO MUKESH. AND HE HAS JUST SAID HES SICK IN THE HOSPITAL AND HAS NO CLUE WHY YOU ARE LEAVING THESE BAD REVIEWS

  My property is in Passaic, NJ, and this man is completely dishonest about his work. I hired him to fix my roof, and he promised to use premium materials and multiple coats. When I questioned him during the job about the fiberglass and extra coats, he claimed everything was “included” in one application, which makes no sense. The roof never fixed and is STILL leaking. I called him about it, he stopped answering my phone calls. This is, unprofessional behavior. He took my money and disappeared, the guarantee he gave me ——is worthless.

  Nimesh & Devanshi Patel Leaving multiple bad reviews to tear down my company is is insanity YOU ARE NOT THE OWNER it was not your money my guarantee is not. Worthless because when it leaked I showed up and repaired it. Since then no one has told me it leaked I spoke to Mukesh the landlord multiple times. We are even in talks on putting a new roof project on his other roof 25k sqft building

  This person is a scam. He keeps sending unsolicited faxes (at least one a week). I called him to let him know to take my number off his list of fax recepients and he just laughed and said no. The local cops need to take action.

  These guys did my roof in Queens, Commercial Property, They did a great job and came back a few times just to make sure we didn't have any more leaks! Would definitely recommend doing business with them

  Very professional roofing company I've used them for little jobs and they also put a tar roof down at my old job and sonny made sure everything was perfect I would say use these guys price and professionalism are 100%
